Remarks

Its fee structure which is low as compare to other private colleges. And one of the main reason behind choosing is its placement and internship program. Chandigarh University brings many MNCs like Google, Microsoft, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, etc in their campus and these companies provides really dream packages.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to my opinion the course Curriculum is quit good and faculties well. Academic is not so tough not so easy, it's totally depends upon student. And exam is also as expected and there is proper gap between every exams.

Class Size: 5000Course Fees: INR 640000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, Chandigarh University offers internships too like Microsoft offers internships for 2nd and 3rd year students as Java Developer,Web Developer, etc. They need projects related to their requirements of job profile.

Placement Experience

One of the reason behind choosing Chandigarh University for BE is placements because it brings various MNCs which offers dreams packages companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, IBM, etc with more companies visits every year and hire many engineers with offering dream packages.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of BE-CSE is 640000 INR, may be increased by date, this is only for tuition fee and for hostel and mess they have some other fee structure i.e. for hostel including mess 100000 they charge. There ie not stipend for BE-CSE programs.

Campus Life

Chandigarh University campus life is really great, such a greenery campus and clean environment makes beautiful college life. We have some clubs for coding, some for workshop, some for extracurricular.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I have opted for hostel and there are different types of rooms like for girls there is 3 sitter, 4 sitter but for boys it is 2 sitter, 3 sitter, 4 sitter. And the fee is different according to rooms. Like 82000, 100000, etc. They it includes mess and laundry too. Hotel facilities includes wifi, Ac and Non-Ac rooms, Laundry, Hair Salon, Gym, etc.

Admission

For BE-CSE, there is no Group Discussion, interview. But there is a common Entrance exam that is named as CUCET, by the score of this Mark's students get admission in different programs.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
