Remarks
The process was quick as there are a total of 10 students in all specialisations. I don't think any improvement is required in the admission process as the faculty were helpful and it was speedy. All teachers related to the admission process are good.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen finance and student to faculty ratio is 1:5 which is good. All our teachers have a doctorate degree. The teaching method is fair. Books in the library are outdated in a few subjects like corporate taxation etc. We have been provided with a lot of visiting faculty.
Internships Opportunities
Please, try to seek it on your own if you want good ones. All internships were unpaid. I managed to do 2 together wherein 1 provided via the college finance dept and one I got via LinkedIn. But the worst thing is that you can do it for 2 months only and good organizations ask interns for 3 months mostly.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible after 1st year but college won't allow you to join before completion of the whole PGDM course. Last years highest was 10 lakh per annum. The college start their Placement activities a bit late.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has reduced the fees this year. Last year's highest package was 10 lakhs per annum per average package is low. As compared to other colleges in Jabalpur city the cost of the study is very high.
Campus Life
Xavier fest conducted on 3rd December every year and all students have to participate and teachers also participate in it. There is a college magazine, LinkedIn page and an Instagram page run by students.
