Very nice and accumulative process I m passed the examination from my college CUCET for admission test I m passed this examination and also availed 100percent scholarship I m find the application form application fees and application dates in purchasing of the prospectus of Chandigarh University and also available on Chandigarh University website I m not want any improvement on admission process it's simple and we'll designed admission process through Chandigarh University

Course Curriculum Overview

My aim was always become to be civil engineering because my father was also a civil engineer and that's reason also motivation my aim second reason is mostly percentage of civil engineering job in government sector brief introduction of faculty staff was excellent I m very lucky to study under this faculty staff I m not difficult to pass this exam because my faculty staffing was a very high experience and that's reason I m pass this exam very easily method

My internship was done in a most popular company like Mahindra and my experience was amazing and also thankful to Chandigarh University to such an amazing experience chance in Mahindra company my project is c building construction and my experience was all at the good in this project

I m thinking any changes my university is all related to fees every year fees were increased my fees did not increase but next year medium family admitted her son this university next year fees were increased how to handle this and second of all I m very like this most valuable service provide from my university is 100percent fee waiver scholarship I m also available this scholarship very needful in my life to become easier to study and last of all campus placement is 100Percent every student passed from Chandigarh University to get a job and successful life

My campus life is also grateful to watch participate curriculum activities like cutest fresher party sports activities dance activities I m not describe how many books and magazines in my library I have no words because uncountable books and magazines in my library and also ebooks more than 12 library room in my college annual fest are cutest fresher party farewell party cultural activities and many more I m join students welfare club membership

Hostel Facilities

My hostel life experience was also good I m live in a hostel for about 4years after admission no problem created in my hostel life I have 3bed sitter room I and my 2friends live in my hostel room hostel meal was also good for every student registration process of university hostel is a very simple comparison between hostel or pg I m choose university hostel Life because hostel life is all about home life everyone staff m member in my university hostel is all about my family member and also gym 24/7 WiFi facility sports activities room in my hostel magazine room in my hostel and many more I m not describe this

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

An honest look at campus

Likes

The university boasts an excellent, massive campus infrastructure with great amenities and highly diverse student crowd provides great cultural exposure
While the engineering batches naturally leans towards more boys (around 1:3 girl to boy ratio)
Availability off dedicated campus mentorship programming and technical club provided a great platform.

Dislikes

The campus administration enforced incredibly strict security and daily restrictions which feel a little overwhelmed
The total no of students in a course like cse is massive. So the competition for the high tier placement is very intense.
If we need any information or some help from the administration they will make it lag and go to that window this window and we will not get the information ww required

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Likes

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document.
