Great college and it has great room for growth in the future.

I took admission for B.Tech in Computer science through my JEE score. I did not score a great rank in JEE for applying for top colleges in the country. Then a friend of mine suggested me to join this college since one of his relative used to work here. So, I did a lot of research about the college, its placements, its curriculum and management and made the choice of taking admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college believes in Industrial exposure more then anything, they try to incorporate various industrial visits and lecture sessions with many dignitaries of the industrial world from both private and public sectors. In engineering you have to learn everything on the practical front and our college takes this aspect very seriously.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides internships in many companies for different engineering specialization to provide us students a brief idea of what the industrial world holds for us.

Our college has a industry relationship cell which connects the students to the recruiters. One of the most important feature of this college is its placement record. They provide 100% assistance in placements but its up to the students to show their worth and crack the interviews and get placed.

Since our college comes under the Shobhit university so our university conducts many fests like our technical fest, the management colleges management fest, the annual sports fest, freshers day along with many industrial visits and interactive lecture sessions with dignitaries of the Corporate world.

The fee for the college is quite reasonable. With a combined total of 4L for the whole of the course. If you look at the placement track record and the fee you will see that the investment is a good one.

Our college is young but our alumni base are all spread across NCR and India. Its because of them that we have such good ties with our recruitment base.

The college gives ample amount of time to learn and implement the practical aspects. We have to give practical exams every semester and this is a really good experience for us students to show case our technical knowledge.

The Truth

Likes

There is the rich infrastructure Campus , Air Conditioned Classrooms and the labs campus is lush and ecofriendly.
Sports Activity are the great , there are too any ongoing activities in different time interval.

Dislikes

The Education system lacks a little bits as the teachers leaves the institute in a short period time , like end of the semester.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the student are eligible for the campus placement . The companies visited are mainly non-tech with expection of the very few tech compaies like CODT Technologies , Axiom Technology , Delta , Kloudcodey , Seccon etc and the offer were made around 3-4 per student which fet selected in the company selection interview.

College life is good here and you should enjoy it ...

College timing i hate it giming is from 9am to 5pm till your 3rd year and in 4th year only 3 days classes are there...
Management of college is not so much good it is okay okay..
Fest and freshers are also okay okay in this college...

Placement Experience:

Not so big companies are cone for campus placement you should must have to try for off campus if you want a good for on campus only sales companies are come here and some tech companies are also come....

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

As for me you will get a good environment for study. the campus is green and good.It is clean everywhere.
the teacher and professor here are super helpfull
you will get good lab exposure, good machine and instruments.

although the campus is good but it still lack most of the things here.
the department infrastructure need to be improved.

at Bundelkhand University the students become eligible for campus placement starting from 7th semester. while the college is still in progess in campus placements.the companies that visited the campus are pietech, agrilife,hexaware technologies the overall highest package as for year 2025 is 10lpa. the no of student getting placed are decent

I found this college comparitevely less expensive in ncr region. I searched for colleges in ncr region and i found the colleges to be very expensive and not worth it, then i decided to get admission in the "ROORKE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY" college but couldn't make it as on the day of seat booking the seats got full. Shobhit Uni: Hit or Miss!!

There are two more colleges in my city that i applied for that are IIMT and MIET but in IIMT i needed a bus service but they are giving me bus survise almost 7 km far from my house and we tried to ask them fo the bus service near my house but still they denied and hence i have to refuse to get into IIMT then i also applied for MIET as i was late for the admission as i have also applied for NEET because i was a student of PCMB in 12th so when i went to MIET the one at the admission cell was very rude due to which my father had an argument with my father so we ended up by ending the though of to admit in MIET. last we applied for shobhit and they were praised to have me as their student also they gave me scholorship and hence i took admission in shobhit university. I did not get the reject from those colleges but the things about bus service and attitue in the other did not went well hence i dropped my idea to get into those colleges.
