Remarks

firstly one must complete their intermediate (can be from either BPC or MPC). One can get into this course either by an entrace exam like EAMCET or simply by conveyor where they need to pay some extra amount for admission. I have joined this course via EAMCET exam. this exam is given immediately after 12th. this exam is conducted by the state. the application form and other details are available on tseamcet official website. On an honest note, reservation doesnt throw much light on benefits. it would be great if the merits students are given proper reimbursement over non merit students.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

so basically you wil have the academic year broken into two segments as 1st sem and 2nd sem. the second sem will be the end of the academic year. Each sem will have different subjects and concepts to deal with. The number of faculty and student ratio is nearly half. the faculty at my college have no proper communication skills. But they have good grip over the subject. They hold great degrees except for few who hardly know the subject but somehow come to college to teach everyday. majority faculty teach using the traditional method of board and chalk while few faculty go with ppt presentations and seminars which may be considered interesting. honestly, they r very easy to pass. once in six months you will have sem exams but prior to them the college will conduct mid exams twice before sem exams.

Internships Opportunities

2

there is entry level position office accomodated us and the college authority will send us to the nearby medical clinics with an aim to learn things practically. Apart from this, we are also taken to the industries where we are shown detailing how the processing of different pharmaceuticals happen and thats a great opportunity to learn stuff.

Placement Experience

about 68% of students got placed in different pharma organisations in the recent years. The most significant compensation bundle offered was 6 lpa. The normal compensation bundle offered to the understudies is around 1LPA TO 2 lPA. The top enrolling pharma organisations in our grounds are Dr. Reddy, Aurobindo Pharma, Novarti, etc

Fees and Financial Aid

Well, the fee curriculum is quite simple. It is in favor of the students as to how they want to pay like if they want to pay all at once or installments, it is left to them. If one goes by the entrance exam like me, they have to pay 95k in the first year to the govt and the following they wil pay 65k to the college. for every sem exam they need to pay 900 on an avg to the college again. apart from this there are labs which are conducted prior sem exams in the college itself which are monitored by an external faculty. Coming to scholarship, I applied for my scholarship in the first and second yr as well but didnt get yet , i assume i wil get in the 3rd yr hopefully.

Campus Life

2

Being in an era covid, one shud not talk of campus life i feel because we hardly went to college to have that little fun. But when enquired from our seniors, they told us that there will be an annual day in an academic yr for which we are waiting eagerly. apart from it, they are a lot seminars and different celebrations out of which the pharmacy week is very special. Coming to sports, not much importance is given to outdoor or indoor sports at my campus according to me. The classrooms are very basic like any other school which was totally not expected by me, that disapointed me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy was the best option for Bipc students apart from MBBS. My main aim was MBBS,but unfortunaley i couldn't get it. Retail pharma, industrial, clinical had a huge scope which made me to opt for Bachelor of Pharmacy. Curriculum needs more practical knowledge to prove within the real time market. Improvement was much needed with research based programs as it was the major core area for pharma aspirants. Frequency betwween internal and external exams were too short.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally available for final-year B.Pharmacy students, with eligibility usually starting from the 7th semester. Companies may offer roles in pharmaceutical sales, quality control, production and related fields. Package and number of offers vary each year, so I would not mention unverified figures. The college provides placement support, but students should also focus on internships and skill development. After graduation, I plan to pursue higher studies or seek a suitable opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Pharmaceutical and healthcare companies visit the campus and offer roles in sales, production, quality control, regulatory affairs and clinical research. The highest and average packages vary by company and year, usually depending on the profile offered. A good percentage of eligible students get placed. After completing my B.Pharm, I plan to gain industry experience and pursue higher studies or specialize in a suitable field.
