Kaziranga University review

My admission processing was simple, I have applied for admission through online mode, in the official website of Kaziranga University, I didn't gave any exams to take admission. As this is a privet institution I have the freedom to choose my course, There is no eligibility criteria for choosing courses.

I have choosen B.tech CSE as I am interested in computers. There's at least 2 faculty available for each subject in a course. However, if the number of students exceeds they are separated into groups. Maximum faculty have done their Ph.D., And teaching methods is average not so good not so bad, notes were provided timely by the faculties. Term exams were conducted timely, and exam difficulty is average.

The top companies for B.Tech courses are wipro, Google AdWords, Justdial, EPIC research, AWS , TCS and many more. Top roles are data analysts, Information security agent, Edutech consultants etc. the average stipend given by companies is 3 - 4 Lpa Sometimes even higher.

For B.Tech CSE campus placement is average, from 3rd-year students are eligible for internships. The highest package for B.Tech CSE is 12 Lpa and the lowest is 2 Lpa. Approx 30 - 40 % students get placed. My plan after my degree to get a good software engineering jobs most probably I will try my best for off campus placement.

For B.Tech my course fee is 55000 with 1200 club fees. There is merit base scholarship for students If your 12th mark is above or equal to 80 you will get 30% scholarship If your 12th mark is above or equal to 85 you will get 35% scholarship If your 12th mark is above or equal to 90 you will get 50% scholarship If your 12th marks is above or equal to 95 you will get 100% scholarship For BTech our average job package is 2 - 3lakh.

There's only one annual fest conducted on This campus name "Talent Tantra" per year. There is one library for students, students can take the books from there I like that they didn't charge any late fees. There's one football field and one cricket field one basketball court one volleyball court 3 to 4 badminton courts are available at different places and one long tennis court, the field conditions and maintenance are not so good. There are 4 clubs that students have to choose. Body and soul, entrepreneurship, community, literary. Overall campus life is pretty nice.

Hostel facilities are nice. I have taken the 4 seater room and it is pretty nice. 1 Wardrobe, 1 Study table one bookshelf is provided for each roommates. Wifi is provided in the hostel. Meal quality is good and meal is provided timely. Registration process for hostels is very easy I just have to select yes/no in the online application form. In hostel there are 4 room types. 4 seater room 35000 persem, 3 seater 42500, 2 seater 55000, 2 seater AC 65000. Room quality is average.
