All about Chandigarh University

Admission criteria is based upon CUCET examination and board marks as well as Jee ranking.There is Vast criteria of getting scholarship upto 100%. Campus is well maintained and big enough.there is diversity of student and courses. And the college administration is very supportive and faculty members are friendly. Also the college placement drive is very good. There are millions of opportunities if one takes it.Admission process is very smooth and fast. In terms of academic ,it is well maintained . The playgrounds is a bit inadequate comparing with the number of students . Other than that it is a very good University.

Faculty members are well educated and knowledge ble, friendly and eager to help.They focus on learning rather than simply completing the syllabus.But if one doesn't want to study than it will always look inadequate. Term exams are punctual and if one studies properly it's easy to solve the papers.

I don't have any internship since I'm in 2nd semester of my degree but from what my seniors have told me Chandigarh University has certain internship programs every session which you can undertake. There are many options that one can try like Volunteer internship or other international internship programs. Earlier this year, there was a three months internship program at Walt Disney World resort in the United States and one program is still going on which is China internship program. There are many top notch companies who offer internship to students. The special thing about internships is that they recruit volunteer interns throughout the session on semester basis, which are really helpful. There are many internship programs at CU and they vary from trade to trade.

Students become eligible for campus placement in 3rd year I e, from 6th semester. And every year more than 150 companies visit the University for placement drive. The highest package of 52.1 lac was recieved by Dinesh Patola in the company Charter Global in cloud computing. The University prouds itself in giving 100% placement to students. I'm planning for a startup after completing my degree and i hope it's a success.

The Fees of my course is 90k per semester which is okay since it is a private institution, and there is wide range of scholarship scheme upto 100% scholarship.i have got 50% scholarship throught CUCET exam taken as entrance test. The hostel fees is also around 90K per year, but it's worth it since the college provides every requirements .

Talking about social life and the best part of any college.FEST!!... I have just been to the college for two months and in that 10-12 days were just that. Singers, DJ , rockstar and what not. I mean 6 days a month cmon!.... It's really fun and the feel is just on another level.there are library in almost every academic hall, provided with computers and Wi-Fi and all the book one can read. Well the books are mainly academic based, i havemt found much fictions and novels .but I haven't explored every library so there must be more. About Clubs , there are various clubs and one can choose whatever they are intrested in. Sports ground is a bit inadequate comparing to number of students studying here, but whatever there is ,it's well kept and has supportive coaches.

I have taken the hostel provided by the University since it has various amenities including Gym, salon, park ,mess, wifi and much more. The food in the mess is very healthy and the taste depends upon which part of country you are from.The menu is diversified. Breakfast is excellent .snacks are also provided and regular feedback is taken from the occupants. Registration process is very simple, done on online platform and is provided within a week from registration. The room has study table and chair, cupboards, bed ,balcony and cooler.the electricity and wifi is 24/7
