Remarks

I got admitted to this college through direct admission.15% of seats are for direct admission. Admission is based upon the percentage in 12th exams. Minimum 75% is needed for admission in the CSE branch through direct quota and the cutoff is kept increasing for the direct admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose this course because of my area of interest. It will open me to better future opportunities as AI and ML are in demand. There is a 1:20 student-faculty ratio in NIET. All the faculties have completed their masters and some are Ph.D. holders. The exams are of a moderate level.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 151500 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

You have to make projects or clear the exam and interview for the internships. The stipend is very less in internships but you get a chance to learn a lot from it. If you get an internship it is more likely that you will also get a job offer from the same company.

Placement Experience

After 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placement, the placement opportunities are good in NIET. Companies like TCS, Wipro Accenture, Paytm visits the campus for the placement. Almost more than 90% of students get placed NIET. Major recruitment is done by mass recruiter companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

All details about fee structure are provided on the NIET official website you can see according to the course you have chosen. As such, there is no fee hike policy it remains the same throughout the duration of your course. You can avail scholarships which are provided by the government.

Campus Life

3.5

NIET has a dynamic and interactive campus community. Here, students have many opportunities to participate in activities and organizations that support their academic, cultural, social, spiritual, and athletic interests and preferences. The library at NIET occupies over 14,000 square feet and provides students with access to a vast repository of resources, including books and periodicals. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, the wifi in niet merely works on campus so you have to depend upon your mobile data.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always . Also there is no fest in NIET and the few small ones are boring and waste of time....Read More
