Remarks

I have applied for Jee Mains and got a rank of about 150k at this rank I can't get a college in NITs or IIITs but am able to sit in Jee Advanced exam but I didn't fill the form of it. So, at last, I applied for Upsee counselling at getting a CSE pure branch in NIET(An Autonomous college) from all India quota as I belong from Bihar so didn't get any reservation in Uttar Pradesh.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are good and very friendly with you, you can also ask about your doubts in their cabins. Most of the faculty members are graduated from top NITs and the best government colleges. About 350+ faculty members are there in Niet.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 103000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You can get internships from many companies like TCS, Deloitte etc. The maximum chance of getting an internship is in your 5-6th semester of Btech. During the internship you will get a chance to enhance your ability with that company, it is considered in your future placement.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is 100% for CSE students and the average is above 80%. The average annual package is about 4 lacks in rupees. The highest package is about 10 lacks. The institute shows you that the highest placement is about 30 lacks but it is not campus placement, it is off-campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of NIET is the same as other private colleges in Greater Noida. Fee Structure is decided by the UP government's independent body, in NIET you have to pay about 110000 rupees per year. You can apply for your state scholarship programme.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is not like IITs and NITs but similar to other collages of Greater Noida or we say even better than them, NIET is about in 15 acres of land. There is a big play-ground, a basketball court, a badminton court etc. There is a big central library with more than 15000 books.

Other Applied Colleges

ABES Engineering College | Computer Science and Engineering

Didn't get main CSE branch.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Reality of NIET plot 19

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always . Also there is no fest in NIET and the few small ones are boring and waste of time....Read More
