Remarks

Over all a wonderful learning curve. For me it was a growing curve as i established myself from being an introvert to an extrovert. It made my life easy by bringing up the challenges of the corporate life right at the time of my college.

Entrance Preview

I appeared for MH-CET as well as the private entrance for the institute and was one of the top colleges of mumbai. The interview process includes "gd" & "pi"

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

First year being common for all. Only in second year we choose our specialization and electives. We got to chose international marketing, import export as it blended well with marketing.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internship with ags technologies, a firm involved with pos equipment's and having a presence in banking sector. I was paid 5000 per month as stipend for the internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

A lot of a class companies cater during the placements times. I got placed with percept pictures. The placement team is well aligned with the current industry goals and requirements.

College Events

4

There are various cultural events that happen year around. We got gaming events in the december. Quizzes and events which go around the year. The co-curricula activities like dancing, drama etc help the people to grow an overall personality.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We were charged 144000 per year (now it has increased) and ours was the only class, now the classes have increased to two in number and parallel to pgdbm even MBA courses are flourishing.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarships or loan being offered by the college as its a private college, you have to get things done on your own. If you get selected in courses offered by mumbai university then you have an option of getting scholarships however if your getting your education through emba or pgdbm, no chance of scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life was good. class was healthily divided into equal number of girls as well as guys. People coming from varied background were included in the class continuous education through online sessions was imparted. video conferencing sessions from other institutes were also done workshops and various participative programs were conducted so as to involve one and all of the class.

Hostel Facilities

4

There are no hostel facilities. However the canteen is cool and becomes a hub or buzzy during any free time or match time. The canteen provides with lot of quality stuff and fast food. The quality is well managed by a proper staff and management of the canteen.

Alumni/Alumna

Completely helpful with regards to various factors like placements, internships, projects etc. The alumnis helped in rectifying mistakes that they did and helped us in getting better professor and projects for internships.

Exam Structure

Exams were cool as they used to start at 11 and get over by 1:00 pm. The best part the whole arena was converted into a discussion ground for various topics involved in the exams. it was fun learning as well as the challenges were the individual presentations of various topics, which tested the mettle out of each student.

Faculty

4

Some of the faculty were excellent and very helpful. They helped us in getting our basic fundamentals correct for our specialization. They always helped us in getting extra resources for each and every topic included in curriculum with an up to date hands on experience wherever possible.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
