My admission has been done on the basis of direct admission. Anyone can apply for admission. There have been counselling methods and Direct admission also. For direct admission you can go on to the niet website fill up the enquiry form or register yourself or else you can visit the campus. For counselling, it accepts jee mains score or upsee score.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choosen computer science as my interest in coding or development. First-year faculty are average, they taught you on the basis of the curriculum not more than that. Most of the faculty have more than 10 years of teaching experience. There are 3 sessional exams, in which the best of 2 marks are counted then comes the semester exam. The difficulty of the exam depends upon your performance.
Placement Experience
As per college motive they quote as, "Think placement think NIET". When asking the seniors they say placement starts from the 3rd year. Major recruiters are TCS, Infosys, cognizant, etc. from the past 2 years there is a 100 per cent placement are provided by the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is an up government scholarship. College doesn't provide scholarships. First, year fees are like 1,53,000 rupees and from 2nd year it will be 1,19,000 for Computer science and engineering courses. Hostel fees are separate.
Campus Life
Life on the campus is too boring because of the continuous study environment. Not a bigger campus to roam around. The classrooms are good. In the first year, you will not get to indulge in sports or extracurricular activities because there are no sports. Clubs are there like a coding club, dance club, acting club, photography etc.
