Remarks
The university is named after former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Lt. Dr. C.N. Annadurai. The university is well connected; it is only 3 kilometres from the railway station (Guindy) and 10 kilometres from Chennai International Airport. The college's education standard is very high; at this price point, the college has not compromised on education quality. Because the college was reasonably priced, I decided to pursue the MBA programme there. The admission form can be completed online at the college's website.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is planned in such a manner that it aids in the development of professional attitudes as well as advanced technology and managerial knowledge. In terms of education, colleges adhere to the highest standards. The faculties are approachable. The faculty members are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and they are eager to share their knowledge with us. Every faculty member works hard to ensure that we receive expert knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
The college internship programme is extremely well-designed. We can also participate in an off-campus internship programme. The average stipend is up to Rs. 75,000. Larsen and Toubro, TVS, is one of the leading companies that offer internships, and the majority of my classmates were placed for internships.
Placement Experience
During our batch, the college had a 100% placement rate, and companies that visited the campus included Amazon, Asian Paints, ITC, Nestle, Paytm, and ICICI. Our batch's highest package was 17 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. The college's placement committee works very hard to ensure that every student is placed based on their level of interest. The college placement committee was also very cooperative and supportive.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers scholarships through various schemes like Merit-cum-means Minority Scholarship, Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship, MBC/BC Scholarship, SC/ ST Scholarship, and TN Educational Trust Scholarship.
Campus Life
Here comes its most interesting aspect of the college, despite the fact that the college is a little out of date. The social scene is extremely enjoyable and welcoming. I have had the greatest social life available to me at times. In the teaching complex, all classrooms have a projector, whereas labs and study areas are located separately for each subject. The University also has a large field where all of the indoor/outdoor games can be played. There is also a separate swimming pool that charges Rs 50 per hour. There are over 50 clubs at the college, including the NCC, NSS, YRC, NSO, and many others. We are free to select taking an interest in clubs and collaborate with them throughout their college careers.
Hostel Facilities
Anna University's hostel life is incredible. The infra hostel is a bit old-fashioned, but it is very well maintained and managed. The food is nutrient-dense and well-balanced. The hostel rooms are very clean and are cleaned 5 times per week. The hostel rooms are spacious, and students have access to all modern amenities.
