First review about college

The admission process is based on vsat rank and jee mains rank. I had taken admission via mains rank. first I applied on vsat admission portal and after 1st round of counseling, I get a mechanical branch then after I got cse . since I am from another state (bihar ) so I feel the very smooth way of the admission process. I think this is enough Good for admission processes.

I had chosen cse for placement. Since its placement in cse department is always high. also faculty in cse department from iits and nits .approx every 20 students have 1 faculty. Exam occurs at regular intervals. In one semester there is 3 mid-7 weekly test and one end exam. Due to this continuity in study maintains very well. if a student is regular in class then they can pass can be very easy .but I irregularity is maintained then it will create problems during the sem end exam. the process of taking the exam is very strict. if u are found any malpractice..then the whole semester u will be back .

Since I have not applied to any company for internships. So I have no idea about it. but my senior told me that many of that if u do internships then there is much benefit for placement. He also discusses that stipends help a lot.

From 6 to 7th-semester placement start in the university. There is more placement in cse department. The average package is 6 lakh p/a.and the highest package is 18 lakh last year. Above 90 percent of the students get placed. Most visiting companies are TCS, Wipro, HCL,ICT , IBM, etc. My plan is to take a good package after completing my b.tech degree.

If u maintain above 95 percent in the Sem exam then u get a 100percent scholarship. Also, there is scholarship for North student . As I get north concession of 50 percent based on mains rank and 12 th percentage. 5k for each sem exam fee and but there is no scholarship in hostel fee .u have to pay percisribed fee of the hostel.

Fest occurs at regular intervals in university. Almost all departments have separate departments fest. Also, there is one university feast per year. The environment of the university is very healthy there is game occurring at regular intervals. I think almost all books are present in the library which is required for the syllabus. The classroom environment is excellent. University has a huge playground in which many sports and event is going on. There is also a club program in mhp(the most happening) palace. There is many social group and club such as e cell, public speaking, sac,finance , logistics e.t.c

Hostel facility is average, all the facilities such as keeping, cleaning are very well. Also a laundry system is available .as far as the mess system is concerned there is excellent food .here u get very hygienic food. All the days are available for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. For allocating a hostel room first u have to fill the form in the hostel office after that your room will be allocated. U can change your partner after 6 months.in each there will be 3 students of the same year.
