Remarks

The admission process is simple. I took the entrance test, which consists of 4 different tests(maths, physics, chemistry, aptitude) for MPC students. Go to The Vignan University portal and we can avail the details of the application process. If not we can contact the university and they will guide us. The application process is done offline and the exam is too. The application fee is 1000 per head and it will be conducted in two phases. Coming to the reservation I have no idea. The exam can be conducted in online mode too due to long-distance people can attend and they can test their abilities. the cut off marks depend on the paper. But scoring marks is easy. The paper will be good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose ECE. The faculty is good with teaching aids. I am interested in this course and I want to achieve a job in the VLSI domain or communication domain. The faculty involves students in all aspects likewise studies and physical activities too. The labs are good and we can implement our ideas. All the staff are highly qualified. every week we will have exams on weekly basis. Mid-term exams will be conducted every month. The application orientated will be taught. Smart answers are needed to write the exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 230000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are good. The project's availability and the projects that are to be done can be implemented on our own ideas. I didn't get to placements yet. But I have references based on my sister and their friend's placements in good companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra etc.. and based on their projects some of them went to do masters.

Placement Experience

The placements are increasing year by year and we get absolutely good companies, and for interns too. We can get eligible for placements in the 3rd-year 2nd semester itself based on our previous semester's performance. The name of some companies is TCS, TCS ninja, Amazon, and many more. The highest package is 30 lakh and the average package is 6 lakh. The students getting 80 per cent can be eligible for placements. After getting placed and degree I want to for 1 year and get experience and later I would like to do masters in the states

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is somewhat more. If you score good marks you will avail yourself of the scholarships. Based on merit the scholarships will be awarded. Pragathi scholarship will be given to the people who score good marks in inter.

Campus Life

Life on the campus is good apart from studies. the life skills events and music clubs, dance clubs, stage events, annual function, freshers day and many events like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dusshera, Pongal pre-events and many more. The students are interested in every aspect and photography and other optional clubs and literature, theatre arts, martial arts, NCC and NSS campus. There are many more to enjoy the campus life. Many Hackathon events and many seminars regarding our curriculum and a lot more.

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

Proffesors are highly qualified and very friendly with students except in Chemical Department
Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Dislikes

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place
