Remarks

There is no entrance exam for my batch but due to the pandemic situations for some batches, they conducted the entrance exam. The student who is interested to join in this college they must and should get above 80% in SSC. There is one online website in which the college will provide notification for 10th-qualified students. We can apply application form to the college through near meeseva or through an online website within the given deadline we have to apply the application. Depending on caste category they charge application fees. No improvement is required.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I am interested in civil engineering. Nearly 8000 students and faculty strength are about 500+. The faculty is qualified in MTech and in other courses the way of teaching is good and interaction with students. There is enough time to prepare for exams.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

4th year in 1st sem, students are eligible for campus placements. A huge number of companies visited the campus for placements of students. The companies are Wipro and others. There is no need for Percentage only they will check the student's capabilities and skills in languages.

Fees and Financial Aid

They provide scholarships for every student. They provide scholarship schemes like jagananna Vidya deevena and jagananna vasathi deevena. I am still studying 3rd year I haven't finished my final year.

Campus Life

The Annual fest is cignus and the technical fest is Teckzite these are conducted in February month of every year. There is a library on campus where we can find all the department books. Interested students can play sports every day and do other extracurricular activities like yoga. Social groups like helping hands, SDCAC, CDPC, student Mitra, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Every hostel room is allotted 6 students and every student is allotted with bed, cot, and cupboards for storing items. The meal is based on the type of catering and coming to the menu is better. There is no registration for the hostel but we have to pay fees. We haven't rented a room there is Hostel on the campus itself.

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Future is in your Hands

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Infosys, Wipro, Lenovo, and Aditya Birla. The offers are averagely 4 to 5. The highest average annual package offered by the companies is 5 lakh. The percentage of the students who are getting the placements is an average of 70% to90%. My plan after completion of my degree is to start a business of my own.

RGKTU Nuzvid is Remarkable!!

Look it was based on 10th merit as here it is diploma plus engineering and that too in four years time so, 10th score is all that matters here. Hence, the admission therefore becomes quite easy but it ain't just about the admissions but the interview and counselling after that which was little subdued i would say....Read More

An Honest review by depressed RGUKTIAN

Generally the admission takes place based on the marks/CGPA scored in tenth board exams , but due to covid in 2020 and non-occurence of tenth board exams for out batch (2019-2020) admission into the college takes place by the a RGUKT Common Entrance Exam(RGUKT-CET) which consists of 100 marks. A rank is given to everyone based on marks scored in exam and counselling happened based on that rank and regular reservation rules are applied. This CET exam happened only for two years (ours and next year ) , and again the admission process shifted to old process of based on tenth marks . Coming to the difficulty of CET , for students who studied good in tenth it is very easy . And my suggestion in admission process is it's better to take students based on CET not tenth marks as there is room for copying in tenth exams , only CET exam can bring the deserved students to deserved college....Read More
