Remarks

Overall the college management It good but there is only one problem that we don't get the admit card until we pay the next semester fee. They should have a common sense that why would we leave the college after 5 or 6 semesters and we have paid the fee for that particular semester so we should be given admit card on time. It was the best experience in my entire life.It taught me so much and I'll remember it in my entire life.

Entrance Preview

I gave 2 enterance exams i.e IIT JEE mains and IPU and I didn't scored well in JEE Mains but my percentage in 10th and 12th made me choose the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is very good and self learning. The teaching methods are also excellent.Main problem with the course structure is that in the higher semester we don't get any book or notes from the market. So we don't have any study material for particular subject and we have to surf net for studying that takes a lot of time.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college has tie ups with many companies which provides us internships like Microsoft,Dell etc and the general stipend is 20000 and the experience must be good as the companies are so renowned and the stipend is also very good.

Placement Experience

5

Our college is one of the best college in North India with that kind of placement opportunities and every single day 1 company visits our college for placements whether it is dell,Microsoft or HP . The minimum or general of package provided by companies in our college is 3 lakh and it can go upto 25 lakh.

College Events

3.5

There are many events celebrated in our college throughout the year. The main event of our College is Parivartan which is held in September of every year and the participation is huge. Many technical and non technical events occur in our college that is being held by various departments .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Overall the college management It good but there is only one problem that we don't get the admit card until we pay the next semester fee. They should have a common sense that why would we leave the college after 5 or 6 semester and we have paid the fee for that particular semester so we should be given admit card on time.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not there is not a single facility that I have availed but our college offers so many opportunities any many students get benefits of the services.

Campus Life

4

The campus life is awesome any there is an equality in gender ratio. There are as many girls as the boys .The college provides us opportunities for the extracurricular activities like sports and others. Many competitions are held within the college and outside the college like sports and some technical and non technical events.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostels in our college are pathetic. They charge us more and we don't get the facilities for the money we paid. The rooms are small and the food is very bad .Many students around 50% leave the hostel after 1 year because of the food served. They serve good food at the time of admission as to show to our parents and after that day the food quality decreases.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior are very happy about the college as they got into placements and got good packages with the help of placement opportunities given by the college.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is very hectic as we don't get even holidays in our exams as one easy subject gets 3to4 holidays and the tough one gets 1 holiday .There is not much time for studying and we can get good marks if we get time for the preparation of the exams.

Admission

I just went to the college and filled the forms. Then I filled my credentials in that form i.e all my scores and then met the administrator and I got the admission as my credentials are perfect for the course that I opted for.Now I am the Pershing BTech It from my college and I am scoring well in that.I am very happy that I opted for CEC landran.

Faculty

5

The facility of the college is very well trained in what they teach us but only problem with them is that there is not a particular teacher for a particular subject. One teacher teaches us a subject in a semester and in the other semester he teach us some other subject.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro, cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed. The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
