Remarks
The application process was done through the entrance exam (JEE) and the cut-off was 85 percentile The eligibility of the course was to secure above 80 percentile for the Information Technology branch which I have opted for. Application fees were 650 Rs for JEE. I didn't get any reservations but there are some based on score and economic status.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was a student of PCM stream and I found this course worth it and found that I can do better in this course and can enhance my skills and personality so I chose this course. There is a ratio of 1:9 between students and faculties which is good and faculties are so nice that they focus on every student and gives their best while teaching. All the faculties are highly qualified most of them have done Ph.D. and almost all have done masters and their way of teaching is so nice that every student can understand what they are teaching. The term exams are on time every but this year due to Covid we got less time but the syllabus was covered in time and the level of exams was moderate neither too difficult nor too easy.
Internships Opportunities
According to previous years' placements records the college students were placed in the following companies; Voltas India, International, think and learn nestle India limited Asian paints Capgemini, and Microsoft.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible from 6 semesters for college placements. The companies which visit the campus are amazon Accenture google etc. The highest package is 52 lakhs and the average package is 4-5 lakhs. 90% of students got placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of my course was 1.53lacs in first year and then 1.17 lac second year onwards. There are many scholarships provided by entrance score. The college scholarship criteria was given as above 85%.
Campus Life
There is good availability of books and journals in the library. The classrooms are good there is no availability of AC. There are smart boards in the classroom for a great understanding of concepts in students. The college gives a good opportunity for extracurricular activities like sports. There are many clubs also in college like sports club writing club photography club etc.
Hostel Facilities
There is good furniture in the rooms of the hostel and AC rooms are also there cupboards are provided. The meals are good enough and there are 4 times meals in a day Breakfast lunch evening snacks and dinner. The registration process for a hostel is directly at the college.
