Remarks

1. There is an entrance exam - CUCET. According to your score, the university will provide you with a scholarship. 2. You can find the application form on the official website of the college .i.e www.cuchd.com 3. No reservation. 4. The admission procedure is perfect, I think no improvement is needed.

Course Curriculum Overview

1. The core jobs of this course are easily available. 2. Very cooperative and helpful faculty, and very nice teaching method. 3. There is an internal exam every one and a half months which is called MST. 4. The difficulty of the exam is based on your preparation. The overall exam is not so much difficult.

Internships Opportunities

1. The internships are provided by the university itself but if you want to do an internship out of campus then you can do it. 100% placements in BE-CSE and 90 % internship 2. The company will conduct an exam for placement drives and a minimum of 6 cgpa is required to sit in placements.

Placement Experience

1. From the 6th semester in BE-CSE students can take placements. In BSc, placements will start from the 4th semester. 2. More than 200 companies are available in placements to drive including TCS, Google, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, Accenture, TATA, and other many big companies are available. Mass recruitment companies are also available with an average package of 7.5 Lacs per annum. 3. The highest Package provided by Amazon last year of 72 lacs and the lowest Package is provided by TCS with 3.5 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

1. Fee structure is like that 90000 per semester without a scholarship. 2. Scholarship is easy to avail you only have to score good numbers in the entrance exam, up to 100% can be availed if you score good numbers in the entrance exam.

Campus Life

1. There is a fest every 6 months and many more extracurricular activities are available. 2. The social life on the campus is very good, there are students from more than 50 countries. 3. Very nice classrooms with smart projectors. 4. So many clubs are available like dance club, photography club, Bhangra club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

1. The hostels are very nice - 24 hrs electricity, wi-fi, mess(including in hostel fees), clean and green environment. The security is also very good in hostels, there are a few restrictions but not many. 2. The hostel food is also very good including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. 3. Canteens and general stores are also available in each hostel. 4. There are so many PGs and independent houses available within a 10km radius of campus where you can live independently. 5. The campus is very clean and green. And the security on campus is also very good, so many food courts, cafes, etc are available. 6. The labs are also very well furnished with professional equipment. 7. The library is available in every block with more than 10000+ books for all the streams. 8. The menu of the hostel mess is provided at the start of the week. 9. The distance between the hostel and academic blocks is not so much. 10. Sports complex is also available on the campus. 11. Gym, tv room and study rooms are also available.

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
