Remarks
the admission is being very easy and simple as I have just taken admission by filling a form on Cuchd. in and given the exam of Cucet for a scholarship which I got 50% scholarship for my first year and to continue the scholarship we have to manage more than 7.5 Cgpa. it's easy to maintain and there are more scholarship benefits for obc/st and all. To seat a book we have to give 5000 rupees but this 5000 is adjusted in our fees afterwards.
Course Curriculum Overview
At Chandigarh university I have chosen cse(hons) spz in IOT collab with ibm and most student in the university is from the CSE branch the faculty is very supportive and they have a very good knowledge of the sub what they teach and they are so much interactive and any time after class they reply to our doubts and solve them and here exams are taken in three types in one sem. for unit one - mst 1, mst2 for unit 2, est for all unit 1,2,3. and it's easy to pass but we have to give focus on what the teacher tea h us in the class.
Placement Experience
from 6 sem we will be eligible for placements and companies like ibm, Microsoft, Google, tcs, Wipro, Capgemini etc, avg package for CSE department is 7-10 LPA and minimum 4-6 LPA. my plans are to mainatn good cgpa and get placed in Microsoft.
Fees and Financial Aid
in my opinion as a private university, the price in which they offer price is slightly too high but after studying by faculty it seems our money is used in a good way but hostel fee is too high for four-seater, and here we get so many scholarship options by which we can reduce our fees by Cucet exam or so many other ways.
Campus Life
the campus environment is too good and there is a regular engagement of events on campus once every month there is a library in every block for each department and one central library located in the b-1 block. every book is available there. so many clubs were run there for commotion and education too. sports opportunity is too good on campus.
Hostel Facilities
hostel facilities is good and the food quality is alsoo good there is good infrastructure for hostel there is somany building for boys and girls hostel ain hostel we will get one bed, almira, study table and one chair their is gym too and study room also
