Remarks
Usually, college intakes students as their CET examination scores. College prefers CET score more than JEE score. You can get the application forms through the teachers of RCPIT institute. There is a special department for admission purposes where specific teachers take admission through different cities. By contacting these teachers you can take admitted to RCPIT. Total fees for an open cast candidate are 1,12,733 and for an OBC cast, it is 60000. There is a special scheme for student who has performed well in the CET examination. Those students will get the Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme in which you have to pay fees of amount 12733 every year. I think the overall admission process is excellent and they don't need any improvement.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my interest in the hardware field as well as the software field. Faculty members are nice and supportive. Teaching is well. Most of the Faculty has a master's degree in their specific subject. Quality of teaching is good at the initial but they reduce it at the end of the semester. Term exams are monthly and according to me, the term test is easy but the semester exam is far more difficult to pass for an ordinary student.
Placement Experience
From the 6th-semester student gets the opportunity to appear for placement interviews. College prepares well for students to qualify for the job interview and get placement. Placement records of RCPIT are higher. Above 90 percent of students gets placement from our department. The average package is 3LPA while the highest package is 19LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are divided according to the cast of the student. For open cast students, it is 1,12,733. For OBC CAST it is 60,000 and for tfws, SC, and NT students it is 12,733. I haven't got a job yet as I am a sophomore. But College provides excellent placement every year.
Campus Life
RCPIT Institute does not celebrate anything except examinations. Celebration is rare. The infrastructure is fantastic. Classrooms are big and well accommodated. The campus is huge and safe. There are many groups for extra curriculum activities eg. sports, invention.
