Teaching methodology includes practical methods, and we have to attend the labs regularly. The student to faculty ratio is around 30:1. University takes two exams in one semester ETE and MTT. ETE is final exam for semester. These exams are conducted timely according to academic calendar of University. It is not much difficult to pass the exam.

The Internship in CSE at CT University is very good. Students when do their internships they get into very good MNC based companies where in which helps them to do their Internship there and subsequently they will get placed in that company itself. The students also land up in getting very lucrative packages at the start itself. So in CT University Internships are good because in the curriculum itself they give more emphasis towards placement oriented training which helps students to get internships when they take up good companies. There by by doing this CT University is able to build its reputation in placement sector by offering students more Industry wide training programs which helps them to get placements and internships as early as possible.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro, cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed. The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
