Remarks

I appeared in the JEE Main entrance exam. After that I sent application form to the college and there also I gave an entrance exam and got selected. I came to the college and got the addmisson in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I saw the course in the mechanical branch and it was similar to the courses in my +2 courses. So I thought that it would be easier for me, so I choose the mechanical branch. Our college conducts the exams on time.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many opportunities for internships. College also sends the students for practical internships to outside the college. We have the internship in the AUTOCAD course which was given by CAD DESK.

Placement Experience

Sixth-semester students are eligible for the placements. TATA and JSW are the companies which visit our college. Most of the students get the placements. I have to get a placement and should go for the job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is seventy thousand and the hostel fee is fifty thousand. We also give twenty thousand advance for booking a seat in the hostel. There are so many scholarships in our college and the campus jobs are also nice.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is very nice. There are 2 hostel buildings and we also have free Wi-Fi connection on our campus. Life on campus is nice. Everyone behaves nicely to all. There is nothing to include.

Hostel Facilities

There are two hostel buildings having four floors . We have free Wi-Fi connection at our doorstep . There is different menu system in different days . We give extra amount to book a seat in the hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

DRIEMS UNIVERSITY review after 5 year of frustrating experience legacy will be continued ????....

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.
