Remarks

By far one of the best colleges at DU. The college environment is so good. The staff and students are helpful. The interior is amazing and the college is well maintained. There are a lot of societies one can take part in.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is average not too hard not too easy. The faculty is good and experienced and they are always ready to help the students. We have exams every 6 months and it is not too difficult to pass.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 2455 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is reasonable. For regular students, it is approx 10000-12000 per year and for ncweb students, it is 2500-3500 per year. And the college provides various scholarship schemes and also they help so much in getting u place at good campuses.

Campus Life

The life on the campus is very amazing. We conduct so many fests like jhankar 22 annually and other tests like cultural fest, sports day, ethnic day, and so many events like these. The library is quite big and well maintained and you can get books from there plus u can study there too. We have a cricket ground, a football ground, a basketball ground and a sports room with indoor games like table tennis, carrom, etc.

Life at South Campus

Likes

The crowd at venky is great, diverse crowd.
The campus is well maintained and is one of the bests at DU.
Opportunities provided to students are great

Dislikes

The attendance policy is a little strict for 1st and 2nd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Shyam Lal College( Morning) Review

Likes

College is improving day by day teaching faculty is also helpful it recently got A++ NAAC credition as well
Overall college is good if you have good peer group.
Near to north campus so doesn't really feel much of headache if you want to visit regularly.

Dislikes

Shadara is not a good place to spend your college life.
Evening college crowd has made the reputation of the college bad.
Near by area is not safe for Girls in late hours.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.

SRCC have the best teaching faculty for all courses.
SRCC being the top tier college have the best placements with top consulting firms and BIG 4
The campus have superior infrasture, know for its red brick building, it has fully air conditioned classrooms as well.

Likes

Faculties are best. They teaches you and create never ending bond with you.
Infrastructure is good but the area is small , the greenery is amazing and flowers are sooo sweetest.

Dislikes

No hygiene in canteen. Avoid eating from canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant notably the focus on real world applications and Advanced Financial reporting. It prepared me well for professional life. Improvement is needed in digital tool exposure.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Likes

Teachers- very knowledgeable, and always ready to take the extra effort for their students
Peers and placement opportunities, Alumni network too

Dislikes

Infrastructure and horrible Wi-Fi. Didn't expect such bad wifi in Aisa's no 1 college. Also the infrastructure is very limited and old
Less internship opportunities compared to placements, and very strict attendance system.

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

i liked their faculty member and staff , they are played with students and taught as a friend
i liked canteen service and their foods it is hygienic but canteen infrastructure is not good
i liked their ground its have bollyball court basketball court badminton court and cricket ground also and they provide gym in college

i didn't like their campus because its not too much big
and college provide which lift service is not working properly
their bathroom is not too good and not too much hygienic

i choose bcom hons and all teacher are provide their 100% on their courses but neet to improve in practical exam because some computer not working and teacher teach students in one computer but there is no difficult paper according to time some time it's lengthy.

A Detailed Review on ARSD College

Likes

Location : Situated in South Delhi, ARSD enjoys a strategic location that is well-connected and offers access to various amenities and opportunities in the city.
Infrastructure and Facilities : ARSD has a basketball court, a badminton court and a large playground. It also has a Nescafe and a Mother Dairy stall. The classrooms are quite spacious and the benches are comfortable to read and write on.
Placement opportunities : ARSD has a placement cell that helps students with internships and job placements.

Dislikes

No hostels : ARSD does not have a hostel of its own which holds it back from being a top 10 college iny opinion.
Canteen : ARSD Canteen is not the best in terms of the quality of food. There have been a few instances when people have found insects in their food.
Sometimes, the classes get cancelled and we are informed after reaching the college which results in the wastage of time

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

what happens at ramanujan college?
