I took this college because my elder brother suggest me this college for my better career. I found this college best for me because this college provides the best placement facilities.

Placement Experience

To achieve this student have various academic/professional clubs in different functional areas. The speakers for all these events are eminent business personalities. All the events are planned and executed by the students, in close coordination with Area faculty members.In the Pursuit of excellence, the student challenge your-self and transform his /her career.

Campus Life

Campus has a State-of-the-Art, fully air-conditioned, Wifi campus with 24x7 high bandwidth internet connectivity. The IT lab consists of Pentium Dual Core processor computers in interconnected local area networks. Our IT programs are regularly updated by incorporating the latest hardware/ software developments across the world.

Hostel Facilities

Having a hostel in campus is a win situation for students and colleges. College like this is get to accommodate students from far away places in India who come to Delhi for studying which they haven't got if they'd have opted for other colleges.

Alumni meets are many times organized by the college and the alumni who have reached at a successful position in their careers share their stories to ignite the fire inside of young minds so that they could also reach at a desired position in their careers.

Faculty

The faculty from my point of view is experienced enough to teach well. All teachers are Master's degree holder. And some have also done PhDs. Plus they have published many papers. Every semester is a faculty advisor is allotted to every group of five students to help them out in case they are stuck somewhere in their career or even with trivial issues of life.

Infrastructure and classrooms for students.
Overall exposire given like rural imersion and outbound leadership programs for students.
Conferences and exposure with industry experts

Dislikes

The campus is a bit short and has limited premises
The senior junior relationship which can be stressful for introvert students
No bus facilities given for students travelling acress ncr region

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the first year and there are companies that comes highest package is around 20+ Lpa and the minimum average is 11 lakhs for all the students after the degree.

Likes

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

In first trimister itself student become eligible for summer internships and then in next year that is fifth semester they become eligible for placement opportunities from the college itself and college try its best that everyobe get placed

Likes

One of the strongest aspects of the institute is the faculty and the academic environment. Frequently members are generally experienced and approachable.
The teaching methodology includes case studies, presentation, group, assignments, group, discussions, projects, and practical assignments.
Another positive aspect is the exposure to corporate and professional life.

Placement Experience:

Lbsim has a structured campus placement process with participation from companies across sectors, such as consulting FMCG, IT/ITES , BFSI, marketing and operations. The institute provides students with placement preparation through aptitude test, mock interview interviews, group discussion, resume, building and corporate interaction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is relevant and mostly what the market wants in future and whats coming ahead for us. Python is taught as its going to be huge ahead and other things are also added. There is not much gap between mid term and end term as trimester are short.

Likes

We have well maintained library with more than 40000 books and documents, there are study cabins and all facilities required to have a productive day
There ample opportunites provided to students to amp up their game. The clubs and societies themselves take initiative to provide certifications to students, more than case comps are floated and students are encouraged to take part in them
The level of discipline and commitment expected of us is very similar to the other top MBA colleges, multiple assignments, deadlines, case submissions etc. The curriculum also requires students to make use of resources like Bloomberg and prowess.

Dislikes

The quality of cohort can be better. The quality is deteriorating from the senior batch to the juniors
Not being a residential insititute is a big challenge, as the load of work is the same as any residential insitute but most students also have additional buden of travelling which becomes very taxing in the long run.
There is some level of politics that goes on in student societies which can become toxic sometimes.

Placement Experience:

The college actively provides placement support, students are eligible for placements from the first trimester itself. Last year more than 150 companies took part in the placement process. The highest offer made was 24 LPA and the average was 12.32 LPA. 99% of the 2026-2028 batch got placed by April 2026.

Academic and Tech Facilities : Great Academic Rigor.
Faculty & Placement Strength : Faculty has vast industry experience. Corporate Relations are exceptionally strong.

Dislikes

Campus Size : In the heart of the country, a traditional open-air B-school experience is difficult.
Batch Intake : The intake for flagship PGDM course is high which causes high competition among students for summer internships and placements.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 4th trimester onwards. The placement rate is consistently nearby 100%. Prominent recruiters include Delloite, KPMG, Pwc, EY and market firms like Motilal Oswal, Oxane and ICICI Bank. The average domestic package stands comfortably around 12,40,000 and the top 10% of the batch secures close to over 16,00,000. Prominent roles offered include - Management Trainee, Financial Analyst and Consulting roles for finance students. My immediate plans after the degree is to secure a core placement in an Equity Research Role.

campus has limited sports facility and activities.
there is no residential campus vibes as it is very small
college ROI is very poor as the fees is high
