The students must pass their 12 and according to the college merit list students are selected. The application form is an offline process that the students must fill up available on the college website. All the required documents and photographs are to be submitted to the college. Regarding the admission dates, the college gives notice on the website. Reservation is available for ST, SC, OBC, and other minorities. The admission process is done only online would have been a better option, if there are any discrepancies then students would have to do a lot of hassle.

I have chosen this college solely for the degree only. Personally, I am studying for a professional degree (CA) and the college is quite flexible about the attendance. The teachers are good but only some of them, the others lack in concept building rather focuses on notes making and syllabus completion. Some of them are quite qualified having a Phd. degree and some just completed their Masters. The term exams are held every after six months and sessional in middle of the term.

Students are eligible for campus placement from the end semester. Only about 20 percent of the students are placed with an average salary of 150000 per year. Companies such as SBI, Reliance, and ITC came for jobs like junior accountant. The highest package is 4 lakhs per year and the lowest package can be from 60000 to 70000 per year. My plan is pre-decided, I am currently pursuing a CA which will surely complete after the completion of my degree and I might also aim for some IIM by giving the CAT exam.

The fees for the college are quite reasonable, if you have got an income certificate of less than 2lakhs per annum then you are to pay from just 400 to 600 rupees. As the semester kept increasing, the college charged the exam fees, practical fees, etc which ranges from 1500 to 2500 rupees per exam. Isan Uday one of the biggest scholarships aiding for about 54000 per year can be avail only in the first year of college. Jobs and internships are very rare or equal to nothing.

The college conducts a freshman and college week every year for about seven days. Different communities also form their own groups for freshers and for the annual sports week. The library is huge and contains books of around 2000 to 3000. It ranges from history to humanities, economic study to advanced accountancy. The classrooms are big enough to hold 100 students with a good facility of fans and lights. Sports week is held every year for a week and the college often participates in the inter-college competition. Leaving that it has got NCC, NSS, and many other extracurricular activities. Students run many charity groups for poor people, Street dogs, etc.
