Remarks

I have filled the form from ACPC site. You can go to the site of ACPC and fill the form and if you are from reservation qouta then you can get less fees to fill the form. It is the nice site to get the admission

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have interest in the chemistry from the starting so that's why I have chosen the chemical engineering. And for this branch Vgec is the best college in Ahmedabad i have ever heard of. The faculty is very cooperative here

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Our college send us to nice internship program and we have an industrial visit also which is very good for placement. In our 3rd sem they assigned us a design engineering topics and their lecture so this is good

Placement Experience

This time the placement started at the middle of the 7th sem but our HOD is asking that at our time it will start early like at the starting of 6th sem. This time the Infosys company also came and the 55-60% have got placement

Fees and Financial Aid

In fees policy you have to pay first term free which includes an tution fee of an half year or 1 sem and it cost about 850. Then at the end of term you have your university exam that cost about 750. So total you have to pay approx 1600 for half year

Campus Life

First the fest which will organize is the freshers party which is given by the seniors. And the library is very good it includes you all books for every sem. Classroom are now changed to the smart class. The sport timetable is also there for athelits

Other Applied Colleges

L.D. College of Engineering - [LDCE] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Chemical Engineering)

VGEC has a good faculty than LDCE and Vgec has also better laboratory

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
