Remarks

Eligibility criteria for CSE in CGC are more than 70%in 12th and 10th. You can take admission through online from the college website and offline through the admission cell. Many scholarships will available if anyone from that's particular thing. I think the admission process is not complicated so there is no need to change it.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

So I chose this course because I want to learn the language and along with for good package also. So in class, there are 60 students in lecture and 30 students in lab work each section is divided into 2 parts by 30:30. All faculty are Ph.D. or MTech and the teaching quality is awesome they are very helpful. So, there are two mid-term and then semester exams, if you attend lectures and do some self-study you will pass the exam.

Internships Opportunities

5

So many big companies like Amazon and Microsoft were offered an internship from 6 semesters onwards, if you work on your skills then you can crack the internship program. So if you are from CSE, then you have to work on your skill and learn at least 1 language for your internship program.

Placement Experience

5

From 6 semesters onwards students are eligible for placement many companies were given offers from 6 semesters. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, IBM, and many companies gave big offers more than 90% of students are placed at cse in last year. The highest package offered by Amazon is 45.5 LPA and the average package is 5.5lac. After completing my degree, I go for higher education.

Fees and Financial Aid

So the cost of the study is awesome, and affordable fee and if you compare the fee to placement ratio then it would be great if a lot of companies visited here from 6 semesters onwards and you can make a great placement from here. So you can get pmsss and many loan facility is available here like bcc and many more.

Campus Life

5

There are a lot of fests here like tech fests happening here like 2 to 3 tech fests every 2 months an annual fest in December and many fests happening like more than 10 fests in 1 year. So 1 library in every block and one big library in the block you can easily get books and journals from the library. Sports and extracurricular activities happened and one big event in 1 year in for sports and other things.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
