Remarks

There will be no entrance exam for our college Sastra and admission in our college will be based on the marks you have scored in 12th standard and also based on your Mains percentile students with the mains percentile greater than or equal to 85 can join our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are very good with the students and students can feel very comfortable with the teachers around us. When we come to the course curriculum there will be just 5 to 6 classes daily and you can understand each and everything.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

When we come to the placements, students can get the placements by studying hard and they can easily clear the placements. Nearly 85 percentage of the students will get their on-campus placements every year. The highest package for the students who graduated last year is nearly 18 LPA and minimum package is 3.5 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me, the fee structure in our college is suitable for each and every person and it will not be a burden to any middle-class people we can also apply for scholarships in the college. If anything happens to the person who is earning in the family then the college takes care of that student for the entire degree.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of our college is the best among all the colleges in the whole of Tamilnadu state. The library in our college is more efficient and students can participate in any kind of extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, INFRA, and all. There are many clubs for many things run by the students.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges. Placements: sastra provide wide range of placements and opportunities while other colleges have limited options.
