Remarks

In the admission process, first, we had to give JEE mains exam. And after u qualify it as per your respective cut-off then you had to give JEE advanced. The eligibility for this was you should have 75% in 12 with PCM.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

First-year was ok and some faculty members were good and some were not. Then half of the course went into online mode due to corona. Then we had to attend online classes and we gave online exams with open books with our pc cameras on.

Class Size: 3750Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement count is very good. In my college they target 70% placement should be done but not all students are interested in taking placements. Some have plans to go outside India for doing master's and some are willing to do MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee has been increased as compared to before. For SC/ST there are no academic fees only an extra amount is to be paid to be them. And the students whose family income is low can get the chance of fee remission and scholarship.

Campus Life

Life on campus is so good. There are many clubs including technical to non-technical. Singing Dancing, and writing in every club is there acc to different person's interests. Annual fests are sparsh which is a cultural fest and Mindbender is the tech fest

Hostel Facilities

Talking about the hostel's rooms are good and the surroundings also are good but the mess food is that good. The taste is worse for every meal. The facilities like geysers and water coolers are also not good. some geysers work while some not

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
