Remarks
The admission process is very easy. Chandigarh University conducts an entrance exam named CUCET. According to the marks obtained in this exam, a student can avail of up to 100% scholarship. Another process is that if you score more than 90% in your 12th class then CU gives you a 50% scholarship. If you have a good JEE mains score then also you can avail a good percentage of the scholarship. But remember that to continue this scholarship a student must score above 7.5 spas. Otherwise, the scholarship will be discontinued.
Course Curriculum Overview
The computer science branch is one of the upcoming and well-knowledgeable. This is the demand in today's Engineering world. Now, teachers and staff are very supportive. The major thing is teachers and the staff will always provide the environment and the opportunities. But it is up to the student how much effort he/she can put in. The course curriculum provides overall development and enhances the knowledge of the student. The curriculum provides every opportunity to explore all the fields let it be web dev, app dev, blockchain, machine learning, and many more. It is just the efforts of an individual that matter the most.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are a little bit high this time. As I took the admission in 2020. Then, the fee was around 1.6 lakh for 1 yr but now it is approx 2.2 lakh per annum. But, CU provides many opportunities to avail of the scholarship. The first one is the CUCET exam of the college which can provide even 100% of the scholarship. The second is if you score more than 90% then the college provides a 50% scholarship and There are many scholarships based on JEE mains score, sports quota, defense background, and many more. Chandigarh University provides every opportunity for its students to study and work hard and if you are a good student in terms of academics then don't worry you have ample amount of options at Chandigarh university.
Campus Life
The social life I must say is very comfortable. The campus is so big and everybody stays happily on the campus. The campus involves everything right from stationery shops to Food Courts. There are so many playing courts like basketball, volleyball, boxing arena, cricket playground, football ground, and many other indoor games. Now, if we see the classrooms then most of the classes are having wifi and all the libraries on the campus are having good net connectivity, and the books are related to the domain or the branch. The library is available from morning 9 am to 9 pm till night. The campus has 3 ATMs and whatnot. But, I must say that as everything is provided inside the campus so some shops are a little bit costly but you can choose the alternate shops on the campus which provide things at cheaper rates.

I opted for this specifically because of the placement rate. As i am from computer science branch and more than 400 companies come for the placement. The ratio of placement is above 80%.
