Remarks

The admission process was quite easy. It was basically a question paper based on 12 standards. I selected the college and then contacted the admission process. The admission department asked me to deposit 1000 rs for the exam which is not refundable. It is the online exam which is for admission + scholarship. The more marks you get more you will get the scholarship. The question paper was a bit easy as compared to other competitive exams and you will be able to qualify for it if you have seriously studied 11-12.:::: Caution: The scholarship you get is only valid for 1 year. It will be continued next year only on 2 conditions 1. Your attendance should be at least 75 percent. 2. your academic marks should be greater than a 7.5 CGPA.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Teachers are ok ...the teachers are basically not much help but they can help you where they know the concept. They will always guide for some extra curriculum which will prove good for the future. The curriculum is very good ..Size of the class varies from 80-90. Faculty:3.5 star Pros: placements are good. Cons : no future without input from your side

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement is the most awaited topic for you I know. So the answers are here. Placements are good But the above 20 LPA package is difficult to grab. The highest package touched this year is 1.75 crore so you can understand All things depend on your hard work. There is much homework for 1 St year students. Teachers are also ok in the first year. But as you grow you think you can study more than teachers and that's true too. I am not eligible to sit in placements as I am in the 2nd year only...All are based on reviews from my experiences and seniors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for college are growing at a very high pace. As it is going famous day by day. Fees for the CSE branch is 100000 per semester but you can easily get a scholarship but the entrance exam. Placements: Various companies come for the scholarship but it is your luck where you will get placed. Input from your side is very must.. otherwise no future. The scholarship is based on CUCET Exam -which is an entrance exam. 100 scholarship is given for students scoring more than 90. Admission is given in various ways through 12 marks or JEE or entrance exam.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus Life is very good. Various concerts occur in a few days. There is a lack of social clubs where you can connect to various people based on their interests. But it is not too difficult to reach out to people of your interest. The only drawback of the CU is that there is a lot of crowd in the CSE branch. So you have to work hard otherwise you will not good placement you deserve. The library is also good .there are various books and you can issue them for 14 days.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel fee is now touching the sky. And the crowd is also too much that hostel accommodation is difficult as well In the nearby Pg and flats. It is recommended to come first and book your hostel or Pg. Hostel Life is good. The quality of the food is not much good but ya it is not much bad also.

The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
