I choose this college because this college has great faculty members and has very good placement facility, so many students of this college got placed in a very good or reputed companies.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was as prescribed by college. Very much theory oriented. Lacked options with no optional available to choose from. More of rote learning. Absence of linkages with market players. Percentage system which puts students at advantage in higher studies.
Placement Experience
Recognizing the importance attached to placement activities, there is a Placement Committee to provide overall supervision and directions for final Placements of the students. This committee consists of Head Placement, Head Corporate Relations, Head Industry Interface and student placement coordinators who work in close co-ordination.
Campus Life
Gender ratio was skewed with few females. Hostel nights were there but few. Sports facility were few and those available were not tapped with potential. No discrimination was witnessed regarding caste ethnicity. College maintained strict vigil on such activities.
Alumni/Alumna
No alumni network. Few personal initiatives which lack depth. Seniors were a mixed bag. Few were helpful in respect of extra curricular and studies. While others kept to themselves.
Faculty
Average with few teachers with Masters. Few teachers were good and had abilities to develop students. Most of the faculty comprised of recent passouts who themselves lacked knowledge and ability to innovate. Faculty is the area to be worked upon.
