Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the college is like any other college, most of the facilities here are okayish but some are quite good and they know their work. But you need to do self-study if you want a very good placement. The teachers here are really helpful.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided at Chandigarh University for interested students, but Most of it is a paid internships. Several projects are also provided during these internships to give students some ideas about the work they are going to do in the future.
Placement Experience
The placement is decent here is quite decent according to their fees point of view somewhere between 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs. The rate of students getting placement is above 90 percent. the highest package last year was 44LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The current fees for the course of BE computer science engineering are 106000, but it can be compromised according to your scholarship which can deduct it from 10 to 100 percent.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is quite good, you can see the diversity of people here from different regions of the world. several events and fests occur here. The Most enjoyable and famous fest here is The CU FEST, which occurs mostly In March.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels here are not quite up to level and the wardens are not quite friendly but tolerable. The food is somehow better just because of the chole bhature given on every Sunday. The fess currently for a hostel for one year is 1 lakh.
Admission
The eligibility for be cse is +2 pass with a minimum percentage of 70%, the application form of the college can be found on the internet or on their website www.cuchd.in. You can also give their test called cucet for scholarship opportunities.
