Students can prefer their interested course but coming to CU as I am a computer science student in BE, I can say that the opportunities we are getting through the course are great. you are open to participating in every activity, sharing ideas and in events etc. I can say you explore well. The faculty was moderate, I would say you need to learn yourself and use the faculty as a backup. The way they are teaching was good but they are involving you in every activity and they push forward. There were 2 mid-exams in one semester and end-term exams. duration of the mid-exam was 1 hr and 36 marks. Students need to complete it within the time limit. The final exam was of three hours. while coming to complexity if you actively participate in class then you can pass easily. Students have to prepare Unit wise to get good marks.

Companies are coming with internship opportunities in the final year itself students can grab them. On getting an internship they are provided with a stipend ranging from 15-30k varies from company to company. And each company comes with different job profiles as required. University opens doors for the students who have their own project ideas and help them to complete and if it is unique they will create a patent as well it will be published.

Placements start from the final year of a student, during which many companies will visit the campus for hiring students who are maintaining 70% in their graduation are eligible for 90% of companies visiting the university. Accordingly, the placement cell shortlists the students for the placement process. There are 300-500 companies visiting the university every year and 90% + students will be placed every year. The highest package was 54 lacs per Annam and the average was 5lpa. My plan is to be placed in a good MNC and gain skills at each and every point.

Obviously, the fee will increase batch-wise. Students have to pay semester-wise. Start of the semester students intended to pay fees .they give constant reminders during the entire semester. After the deadline, they will charge a 5% late fee extra and students has to pay before end-term exams start. Like if a student has 90+ % in 12th they can get 50% schoolarship of the semester fee. If a student scores 95% + in JEE mains he/she can get a 100% scholarship for the semester fee. And with CUCET also students can get scholarships.

While talking to fest s at the start of the academic year fresher party will be there every year it will commence 3 days including every activity games, dance, singing, fashion show everything. Apart from this every month there is a fest going on in college and celebrities come to the university for movie promotions. University has different infrastructure for the library each block has a library that includes all types of books. And there is a Central Library as well. in each library there is an E-library as well with a high-speed connection. Each classroom has a good capacity of seating and has a projector for explanation and with good ventilation as well. There is a separate department for sports students can register their interest so that they can receive all the equipment they needed. And the university has sports complex students can do warm-ups and it gym as well.

The admission process going to happen in several ways .students can choose the CUCET entrance exam conducted by Chandigarh University to get admission as well as students can directly approach the university management for admission. After getting admission already they know what the fee structure looks like so students can pay the fee accordingly. University provides services through CUIMS where each student has an account and they can view their course details, fee payment, activities and events happening in the university on daily basis.
