Course Curriculum Overview
My childhood dream is to become an Engineer. So I choose Btech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The faculty of the college is more helpful and friendly to the students, many of them had Mtech in Specific subjects and more knowledge about what they are teaching. They provide a very friendly and easily understandable teaching method. They conduct a test or exam every morning before class. The terms are conducted within 6 months, as the teachers are very helpful so it is very easy to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
I got an internship in Energy Management Cell, Trivandrum which was provided by the college faculty. Some of my friends had got an opportunity to do the project under the ISRO team on space launch vehicles. Also, the faculty members are always there to clarify doubts and for helping to do the final semester project
Placement Experience
From the 7th sem students got placed and get trained. Ust global, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Indo shell mold, etc are some companies where students got placed. The highest package given by them is 30,000.more than 100 got placed. Now I am working at R M solution, Trivandrum after completing my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees provided by the college are 15000 per year. I had got an OBC reservation category, so I had to give a fee of 7500(i.e, half fee scholarship). The college is providing many campus selections and got a job in R M solutions, Trivandrum with a salary range of 20000 per month.
Campus Life
Colors is the annual fest conducted during November. Then vedha is the tech fest conducted during December. There are many sports activities such as cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton in the college. Many books such as the basics of electrical engineering and detailed textbooks are available in the college library. There are projectors and screens provided in classrooms for detailed classes. Music clubs, tech clubs, English clubs, etc are also run by the students.
Admission
The eligibility of the course is KEAM and JEE, both are entrance exams conducted by the Kerala education department and Central Government. Also, those who didn't attend the entrance can attend an entrance conducted by the college department. We can find the application form, fees, and dates provided on the website. Also, reservation details are available on the college website. The appearance of the college website needs to be improved.
