Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I am interested in the Electronics domain. Also, there is a chance for electronics students to work in both Electronics and Computer Science domains. Most of the students in our college are placed in software companies. So the student's interest in computer science can join this course. In Kerala, cs admission is so demanding and it is tough to get admission to good colleges, so as the second option you can consider this course. Teachers are enrolled in high-quality teaching. Every faculty must be completed the Mtech degree. College also encourages all that teachers to do their Ph.D. The availability of the faculty according to the student ratio is satisfying for all the classes in the minor and honors classes.
Internships Opportunities
Internships mainly do the students in two ways, firstly the placed companies will give the internship to the placed students in the course time, which will be based on their working environment. That internship will be given a stipend by the companies. Secondly, students can apply for internships directly with companies. All the arrangements will be done by the college.
Placement Experience
From the fifth semester, the placement process will be started. most of the students will place at the end of the sixth semester. The placement process for the non-placed students will continue till the last semester. Many companies visited our campus and made the placement process. TCS, Cognizant, Ignitarium, and Mahindra are the major companies that visited our college for the placement process. almost 80 percent of the total students are placed in our college. My plan after this degree is to get a master's.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees decided in the college are by the government and have a meager yearly fee. Also, there will be a separate fee for the exams. The only cost is coming for the hostel fee. All other fees are significantly lower in this college compared to the other colleges. There are many scholarships that are available in our college. Students with low family income are provided by the college management. Most of the students in our college are placed with good package.
Campus Life
There will be an annual tech fest called Takshak and an annual art fest called Sanskriti every year. There will be full enjoyment for the students in those days. There is a big library available with all department books and other journals with full free access. Sports are a little bit poor in our college but completion and team is will be participated in every tournament.
Admission
This college is an AIDED Engineering college coming under the APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. The admission process is purely based on the entrance score. Rank in the Kerala entrance score determines admission to the college. The application form is online. The application procedure is done on the Cee Kerala site. The information based on the admission will be displayed on the official site of cee Kerala. The eligibility of the course is that students pass the plus-two in the science stream. This college also entertains the management's admission. Some seats in every class are reserved for this. This can be applied using the separate form available in the college.
