College timing 9am to 5pm

Course Curriculum Overview

Because of the autonomous institute, Now it removes all the extra subject from the btech courses which is not demanded by industry like- chemistry etc. and its placement record is also good. At NIET is totally placement oriented. Faculties are very educated, knowledgeable and experienced and very helpful and understandable in communication. The faculty is very supportive of each student. Exam happens like semester, before semester there is two sessional and one pre-university exam. As, My college is autonomous, So, not have any difficulties to score on exams.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement. Companies like Mercedes, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cisco, Coforge etc. Average package - 5.1LPA Highest Package- 44LPA 89% placed in the placement 2021 record. My plan is to get placement with the new highest package in reputed companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is not so costly to study in niet, for btech only 1.5+1.2+1.2+1.2Lac I say that this is worth it because college spends your given to provide you with the better study. Like, the College provides a Coursera subscription for up to four years to do two courses each semester, which means at the end of your college you have a sixteen-course certificate which is so helpful for your resume. Scholarship for UP students, tablet distribution by the government etc. College cell is totally supportive regarding scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

Cultural fest, a hackathon in February, sports, etc. Life is awesome in college. Smart screen, projector, mic, speaker, podium, fixed seat etc. Sports culture(cricket, badminton, kabaddi, football, 50m and 100m race, basketball, volleyball etc.), dance club, music club, standup comedy, quiz, debate etc. Reboot Club is run by third-year students to enhance their coding skills. And many more clubs for other courses also run.

Admission

For any course, you must have passed 12th and either 1- Entrance exam and counselling procedure, or 2- Direct Admission with no extra charge, but require a minimum of 60% in your 12th. From the website all admission processes, including form, fee detail, hostel, lab etc. there is a reservation benefit with the structure for different- different categories. Currently, everything is going smoothly & in a proper way, no need to be improved.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Reality of NIET plot 19

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always . Also there is no fest in NIET and the few small ones are boring and waste of time....Read More
