I choose information science and engineering because it has fewer syllabi as compared to other circuit branches and faculty to student ratio is about 1 faculty to every 23 students. Faculties are well qualified and they use both board and smart boards for teaching. Exams were approx always on time and the difficulty level of the exam is medium.

Internship opportunities are provided at the beginning of 3rd year. Companies like fidelity investments, Deloitte, western digital, and applied materials come for internships. Some companies offer ppo also like fidelity investments. Roles offered in different companies are SDE, CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER, etc.

Students become eligible for placements after the 6th sem. Internship opportunities are provided at the start of 3rd sem. Some companies come for internship+ppo. the highest package is 40 lp and the average package is around 12 LPA. About 400+ companies come for placements. 100% placements for circuit branches. Roles that are offered are sde, cyber security engineer, etc.

Fees are around 240000 rs for comedk students, its around 100000 for lcet students, and scholarships are provided according to the financial condition of the respective families. The average package of the college is around 16 LPA and 1 out of 10 students secure internship opportunities.

Our college organizes the biggest fest in south Karnataka which is jayciana and it happens generally after the odd semester fest month is around April- may .libraries are well equipped with the latest books and Magazines. Smartboards are installed in every classroom and there are plenty of clubs including technical, sports, entrepreneurship, drama, music, and dance. A wide range of Sports tournaments are organized every year.
