Course Curriculum Overview

I am from a science background and i choosed BCA because i was very interested to the field of IT and about computer. Overall from my behalf, the course is excellent. The faculty members are vey professional so that you cannot face any problem in any direction. In a semester there is on internal exam and one external exam which is very easy to clear and time to time the faculty members takes tests in the classes. I am completely satisfied from the teaching section.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Tcs and ceat give internship opportunities at the assistant level of the job. It is totally off-campus placement. You get jobs in cities like Delhi Bangalore Kolkata etc. You are also provided with a stipend for the internships.

Placement Experience

Placements are started in the 5th semester or 3rd year of the course. TCS, Vipro, Ceat tyres, puma many companies visit in our college more than 30percent of the offers were taken. 80 percent of the students get placement while in the 5th sem only. My plan is to do MCA after one year drop.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think the fee for the course at this college is very less compared to other private universities. It has two computer labs. The campus provides 100 percent internship and job opportunities which is very easy to find jobs and it makes this college different from other universities.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is very good. You will get so many chances to prove yourself and show your talent in every field. There are freshers' parties, Sports day, annual fest, farewells, and many more events which will make you go crazy. There are many social clubs like Rotaract club, literacy clubs, Dance clubs, and many more, etc.

Admission

For applying for BCA, you must be passed the 12th. It can be from any subject science or commerce. You can apply directly from the official web page or visit the campus for details. You also get some discount on admission.

Placement Experience:

From 9 th semester onwards students of our branch become eligible for campus placements. Companies like VISA, Microsoft come there with lucrative offers. The highest and avarge package are quite impressive. The highest package is nearly 50 lakhs while the average is nearly 12 lakhs. Nearly 50-60 percent of students get placed with some getting multiple offers. After getting degree I am planning to secure a good job through campus placements.

"Not the best, But Not the Worst Either"

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was good before COVID but after covid not that much good. In my batch out of 150 students only 2 student got their placement. Since we are in 5th semester so we are hoping to get more placement opportunities from various companies. The top companies who visit out campus are: 1. Infosys 2. LIC Private Ltd. 3. Tata Consultancy Ltd. 4. Accenture India 5. HCL and many more are yet to come.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college is not that good, or we can say it is left on to students. Very few student get the placement offers or the internship opportunites. Only we can say about 105 of the students get placed. The highest salary package was around 5 LPA and the minimum offerd was 2 LPA. Some of the Top compaies visiting our campus involves TCS Cognizant and Accenture.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Good college good faculty

Remarks:

All the staffs including gatekeeper or cleaning staffs are vert friendly and helpful. Once i entered the college first time i was bit confused about going to principal office but one of the gatekeeper came to me and he shows me thepath very politely. I love my college everything is very good in the college.

Remarks:

University is good in all forms from fresher's to farewell but to some extent it lacks in placement as you have to really work hard if you want to get into a named company. Else it is good in providing knowledge, sorting out the problems and many more.

Life in NSU

I choosed NSU jamshedpur mainly because of its fees structure. I applied for many colleges but non of them were giving me worth as of NSU. NSU provide s free bus to all students and its fees structure is also very good so that will help me save some money and time.
