Remarks

Certainly the best way to cement ones future because this college provides a wholesome development and is one of the oldest in india. What more is needed for a student to shine.

Entrance Preview

No entrance exams were needed. Just a good percentage of 12th marks would do. I never had any options because. I know if i had to learn life it was this college. Admission process was very well organised and conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

It has a very complete course structure where one gets to know what he wants. It also provides various electives that one can choose from. All though few faculties are up and coming in the field overall Student teacher relationship thrives well in this college.

Internships Opportunities

I really don’t know about that cause i never opted for one. My purpose for joing was purely vocational education and that didn’t require any inter sort of boost.

Placement Experience

2

Excellent placement records. Huge giants in the field of Accounts Finance Marketing and various techies too throng the college looking for employees and almost 75-80% are guaranteed of placements. It’s a huge bonus being a student of this college and its a huge responsibility

College Events

3

Many events are conducted to facilitate complete education and also made a point that everything is associated with a good cause. Beinh responsible for the Society is one of the main ideals of the mission and hence everything that is done is done with a reminder in mind that the society must benefit outa it

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is completely feasible and also is completely fair compared to other institutions. There is no extravagant fee structure simple fee structure by where you get to know what is what. And no hidden chargess and stuff. Term fee and exams fee are separate and it’s good that way.

Fees and Financial Aid

Being known for the support of professional arts and commitments this college provides humongous support for an aspiring young man to pursue his dream and also help in academically achieve it.

Campus Life

2.5

Thankfully there is no question of gender ratio and there is so less ego clashes that spoil ones life. The thinking of this college is conservative and i respect that cause. When all of india is moving towards westernisation i really have to thank the mission to have sustained the traditional values.

Hostel Facilities

2

The hostel is for only who opt. Since am not a hostel student I don’t know much. But always heard that good and healthy food is being served and also healthy purified drinking water is supplied althrough the clock. The rules that are being put are often criticised but I’d say when one is depending on this 3 yrs to earn his life why can’t it be the best way? So i think this is one if the greatwst institutions around.

Alumni/Alumna

As far as alumni network this College has a great influential alumni network. And unlike other colleges which run on alumni funds ect. This college never asks for something. This is totally taken care by the mission and each and every paisa that’s been put is by the Mission.

Exam Structure

It is semester based pattern and is completely controlled by the university of madras and hence there is always delay in scheduling. the exmas are conducted well with all arrangements accordingly and also makes sure that no mostake is done by either the Student of the faculty

Admission

I had 94% of core subjects cut off that gave me an edge. Being a hindu brahmin i was given an opportunity to show my skill and i was given admission for the ability to perform vocal music. The administration being headed by the Ramakrishna mission itself showed why it has been successful in creating so many good humans.

Faculty

2.5

Many senior faculties are the pillars for the success. After the intervening of the Government in all colleges. There is much more wider opportunities for various ambitions professionals to try and get a job. But that doesn’t guarantee a Good professor. Sometimes the most deserving doesn’t get it. That’s one major issue i found to have.

Remarks:

The college has good in the language before some few years back. And still now it’s somhow good in relevance in the studies but sometimes much more pressure and extra works that was not much necessary in the departmental curriculum. One bad things is the college didn’t listen to the students voice and opinions and students were considered as money. Much more pressure and once president said is finalised and no options. There is many stories within the students that cannot reveals but most of all they wait for the graduation.
