Course Curriculum Overview

The course is up-to-date and benchmarked with the best in the industry. And since it's a JB course, the faculties are also great, in fact, the very best. Most of the courses are taken up by visiting faculties who have a lot of industry exposure and that helps a lot. The course pedagogy is very fresh. Since the course is new and still developing, it's getting better with every coming year. Only 20/30 students in a batch. Everyone knows everyone really well, faculty: the student ratio is very apt and we get personalised learning

The course is comparatively new, but the JB brand helps in placements a lot. More details are given on our official social media page. Mostly all students get placed in good brands for Summer and finals. The highest package is around 26LPA and HR roles are given

JBIMS is famous for ROI. The fee is around 7,00,000 for 2 years. Students can avail of loans and get the best interest rate Many job opportunities and summer internship opportunities where industry-leading companies come for placements. Placement figures are available on our social media handles.

Campus Life

Campus Life is something that can be much better because the campus is very small. But since it's in the heart of the city, we can't complain. We get many opportunities on campus and many activities keep happening. There are many committees and you can join them and be active on extra curriculars.

Admission

The admission process for our batch was divided into 3 levels- Written Test (100 marks), GD, PI with SOP The details were available on their website and complete process details are given on the website. I scored around 71 and cleared the cutoff. They took the top 200 students to the next round of the entrance exam. Then we had GD & PI with an SOP.

Interview Experience

Yes. We had GD & PI I focused on HR knowledge, HR trends, and Business current affairs and prepared for general typical MBA interview questions like Why MBA? Why JBIMS? Why HR specifically? What after HR etc

we had smart classrooms and beautiful public library. the college infrastructure was modern with touch of historical blend. I was staying off campus, hence could not experience the hostel life. However we did enjoy all the sports facilities.
The faculties for RICS where mostly Doctorate holders while some were experienced veterans
the Boy to girl ratios was 60% to 40%. we are supposed to where business formals to every class and our classes often has projects and application based problems, which was very much linked to the real world.

Placement Experience:

we have 100% placements, when the year i passed i.e., 2022. basis what i have gathered, 2026 passout batch also have more than 95% placements, while the remaining students are still under the process of interviews

Campus - serene and lush green 60 acre campus which lies in the heart of the Pune city.

Placement Experience:

Summer internship starts in September itself and students can convert it into PPO, this is an unique opportunity and summer placements start in the start of the second year itself. Average package for 22-24 batch is 14.32 and highest is 27 lpa.

Likes

Infrastructures of the college are good.
Facilities provided by the college are good.

Dislikes

I disliked the social life of the college.
I disliked the fact that the college did not organize anything such as festivals or functions during our academic year.
I disliked the food in the college campus.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

Remarks:

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

I gave CET and I got 90%,after that. GD and PI was conducted and den I got selected. Because it's a industry recognised course along with knowledge widening course focuses on soft skills as well.

-Eligibility criteria for this course was minimum 55 percentage in 10th & 12th and 60% in under graduation. -Application form, fees and dates can be found on JBIMS official website under the courses tab > under MHRD tab -50% seats are reserved for backward class Total strength is 30 students as of now -MHRD accepts CET score, the difficulty level of exam is easy but maintaining speed and accuracy is game changer in this -MHRD also used to conduct it's own entrance for HR course consisting of 5 sections; numerical ability, general awareness, and psychometric test. My Days In JBIMS

To apply for MHRD course in JBIMS, basic eligibility criteria is that you should have comleted your graduation or must be in the final year of your graduation ( at the time of admission you should have degree with you). Updates about the aadmission process are publishe on the college website and applications are invited ( Tentatively April-May) Application fees is Rs.1500. Reservation for every category is available as per the government rules. Admission process for MHRD course in JBIMS takes place in 3 stages 1. JBIMS's Entrance Test / CET/ CAT 2. GD 3. Personal Interview Difficulty level of JBIMS entrance test is lesser than the CET or CAT. It consist of Quant, LR, GK, Decision Making section. You can apply through any of the exam and on the basis of your score, candidates are shortlisted for GDPI round. From shortlisted candidates final selection is done after WAT and GDPI round. Eligibility is Graduation complete or final year appearing.Entrance tests like CET or CAT. Application Process is College releases the notice for the admission forms being out.
