Course Curriculum Overview

2

I choose computer science and engineering because I know that if I wanted good placement then it can be only achieved by computer science and engineering. In my first semester core subjects teachers were good but as the semester pass the quality of teacher decrease. One teacher teaches several subjects in different classes. We have one one teacher who teaches us data base mangament system same teacher teaches Design and analysis of algorithms, Operating system, python in different classes then you can expect what is the quality of education they are providing and this is not the case with the one teacher but with multiple teachers. Teacher simply read the PPT provided by the institute except some teachers who really give efforts in teaching despite less knowledge of subjects. There are two mid term exam as of now and one lab mst during the semester and one final examination in the end of the semester. Examination difficulties is easy to medium and you can pass exam by studying one night.

Placement Experience

3

I am 2 year student so I cannot give you the exact details but tell you what I hear from others. Lots of companies visited our college which is the biggest advantage of this college like for about 700 companies. The highest package is 54 lakh and the role the majority of students get is a consultant. Very few students got developers' role jobs. Colleges don't provide the correct information about placements. 50-60% of total student gets placed on an average of 5-6 lakhs. ( I said total, not eligible).

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is a little bit high compared to the quality of education they are providing and on top of that, there is no ac in the classroom. I am paying 107000/sem( for cse- specialization in DevOps or any ) and for new students, it is much higher than that (135k/sem). They hike fees only for newcomers. I have got a scholarship based on cucet score and they provide scholarships based on your 12 marks and jee main marks. I am a student of 4 sem so I haven't got any internship from college.

Campus Life

3

To be honest I don't participate in any of these extracurricular activities so I don't have any knowledge about these but they focus hugely on this and if you are talented then they will welcome you. Books are available in the library. In the classroom, there is a board and projector and the lab is well-equipped but I'm some lab computer works very slowly. I have no idea about the club or website.

Admission

Every one is eligible for admission whose 12 marks is greater than 60% and you can literally take admission any time in your first semester.( They take admission during the whole first semester). If you want to give scholarship test then you have to applied for cucet and you have to fill the form online and for that you have to pay 1000 rupees and next day you can give. Yes there are some reservations benifit in fees but I don't have knowledge about that and they will tell you at the time of your admission. The process of admission is really quick and nice. When I was taking admission, whole process was online and it was so quick that I was attending class within 2-3 days after paying 10000.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
