Likes

In library it will be so slight and peace
Bench are fine and some dusty but cleaners are very reliable
college WiFi will work quite good and form i started this college i didn't lost WiFi signal

Dislikes

There less good computer for practice and there are using to old computers ehich are above 15 years old
In library there is no internet connection
In labs there ac's are not working well they long time to cool and there's no fans in cool

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it has lots of future of course it will be hard but choosing this course will be beneficial for my future. Faculty and students are in 1:10 and facilities are trying their best to give their support to us. Mid-exams in starting that difficult task but later on we grabbed it and now it was easy.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities available are in our college are companies are famous and they are reliable for job opportunities. I finished an internship with Deloitte there are lots internships available but it takes a long time to search.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. We recently visited Infosys and tried for more if we got more opportunities we liked to go. The highest package in our college is 20 lakh per Annum and at least 2 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placements is 60% but we expect this year more. I am planning for us after taking my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was good but bus transportation is a bit expensive and scholarships are in our college who got good rank in eamcet, they will get a 1 lakh scholarship from our college. About job opportunities, there will lots but there are only a few popular companies ready to take.

Campus Life

Fest is very rare in our college but if there is a fest it will be super. In the library, there are lots of books related to cse but most of them are Java or c or cpp and more. In our college, some class has a projector that works well. Extra activities we have some events like IEEE like more. Social groups are most popular in our college.

Admission

Eligibility for my course is need to write Emacet Exam which is conducted by the Telangana government but you need to get at least a 30000 rank to get set by my college and the same group. The benefits of college is fee and infrastructure which is a reasonable fee and good infrastructure. Everything will be Good.

Worth considering for your tech career

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Relevant and practical experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

A valuable four year journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer.This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more.The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
