What Students Say

Likes

The best thing about this college is about you gets full freedom to develop and work on your skills.
You will have no attendence pressure like many other aktu colleges have.

Dislikes

You can develop your skills own No one will help you in this process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in computer science that's why I opt for this course. Around 300-400 faculty works in the college. Around 500 - 600 student study in every year batch. The faculty is not well qualified and many batchmates have more skills than a professor. For HTML they only know HTML stands for hypertext markup language. Nothing they know other than this in HTML. Mostly they are between 3-4 weeks.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 467000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 7th semester, the company started visiting our college for placements. Many big companies like tcs, mother's son, Wiper etc visits our college and the placement record is 90%in the 2021 batch. The highest package is around 7-8 lakhs and the average package is around 4 lakhs for cse branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees for all students for 4 years are currently 4.67 lakhs. Hostel fees for (i) single seater room:- 85000/yr (ii)double seater room:-75000/yr (iii)triple seater room:- 65000/yr Mess food is included in this hostel fee. No on-campus internship is available.

Campus Life

3.5

I am now in 3rd year but during these three years only once was a fest organized. The library is very good. A very good process to issue books. All types of books are available in the library. There are many clubs in the college like Pushpak, yatriq, electras, yantricom and many more.

Admission

Student mus had passed class 12th with 55%+ marks and also a decent score in JEE MAINS. Application Form is available online on the official website of rkgit. No reservation is provided through management quota. For booking a seat in rkgit you must have deposit 50000. Admission starts in the month of august. Interview process is very bad . Always asks illogical questions . That must have improved.

Other Applied Colleges

Fees was very high so i didn't opt this college.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

But many of my friends are from councelling and they say that there JEE score also din't go as ex[pected and that's why they decided to apply AKTU Councelling. Since their ranks were not too good and were around 4 lkh to 9 lakh so theuy also applied for this college to. Now they also consider othere colleges Within Ghaziabad over RKGIT like KIET, IMS and other but within Ghaziabad our college is considered to be in top 5 .
