Remarks

I seriously think there is more room for improvement still and certainly it will only happen when the authorities of college take it seriously.

Entrance Preview

We had admission through DTE procedure , which is based on composite score of JEE and 12th class .

Course Curriculum Overview

My branch is perhaps the best in college . And they do focus on practical learning.

Internships Opportunities

No till now they haven't provided any sort of internship with stipend , we ourselves have to search for it.

Placement Experience

It's horrible. The no of companies coming for the campus is really not good and companies like Volkswagen , Mahindra tech , Amazon are the frequent recruiters

College Events

2.5

First and the foremost thing organizer of every event in college that take place are students and teachers are there behind with you every time . Events like Ensemble , Dexterity etc are the events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since I belong to category is affordable but my friends have to pay really fatty amount .

Fees and Financial Aid

No , college doesn't provide one. And it surely doesn't help in getting loan.

Campus Life

As per as extracurricular activities are concerned students perform really well in each and every event but theirs no proper ground for college for any of the sports , since campus is very small , we have to cooperate with it.

Faculty

Faculty is good but sometimes they are really serious about the submissions which I think must not be taken seriously.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Also MMCOE offers multiple scholarships programs compared to MIT that's why I choose mmcoe over the MIT college....Read More

As I mentioned I also applied for ENTC branch at S B Patil College at Indapur. But I did not get the admission there here are few reasons of it. 1.The faculties at sb patil are not as capable as of MMCOE. 2. The campus placement offerings are not as much of the MMCOE. 3.The campus facilities like clubs student council are not available at sb patil. The admission process includes the cap round and CET score is considered for cutoff consideration. Also jee score can be considered for the admission. Overall admission experience is pretty tension free and this can be done in few hours....Read More
