Likes

Good infrastructure and Fame of college.
We get so much of practical knowledge here.
Professors are highly skilled and hard working.

Dislikes

Ragging by seniors. This feels like harrassment.
Hostel is still not allotted as it is under construction.
Exam is not conducted on time. Session is late.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in this course it is a very nice course Faculty: students ratio is good. The classroom is nice, ac classroom. Professors and faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. Exams are always conducted on time.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 10600 per year

Internships Opportunities

No campus selection or campus job here. This is just opposite to the expectations. The internship is allowed only after completion of graduation. Projects and duties are given by professors. We go to check patients at PMCH Hospital.

Fees and Financial Aid

no campus selection or campus job is available right now. The total fee for one year is 10600 rupees. The stipend allotted for optometry students is 1500 rupees per month. The campus structure is overall fine. But the hostel is not get provided.

Campus Life

Fests are celebrated once a year in PMCH. Books are not available every time, but the library has AC rooms. No cooperation among classmates. We have a sports ground but no enthusiasm for sports. No extra curriculum. Just books and loads. We don't have any social groups or clubs in college. The college feels really hectic.

Admission

Students have to qualify Bihar government entrance exam bcece. Application form available on the online portal. The same reference is given to sc st obc people on the basis of caste certificate admission process takes too long and students have to go through numerals of procedures one by one. This should be upgraded.

There are so many aspects for choosing me nursing is like passion of helping others,it is a novel profession , interested in health care.Also safe for career stabilities because high demand of nurses world wide .The areas for improvement is ward area and practical area .The timing of for sessional exam is 30 1 hour and for semester is 3 hours .

AIIMS Patna provides a great campus life

Likes

Whole Campus is very beautiful and spacious
Faculty and teachers are well experienced, helpful
Campus infrastructure is really nice and many facilities are available

Dislikes

More hostels should be built to prevent over crowdednes
There are only one or two food canteens are there in campus
There should be stationary shops available in campus.

Placement Experience:

. After completing 4 years you'll eligible for placements in the same hospital . Highest package is around 50k (for contractual people) . More than half of the students gets placement in the same hospital

Life in college

Likes

The campus is well cleaned and the environment is good with lots of trees and a large space
The classes are regular and teachers are teaching their subjects very well.
The staffs and my colleagues are friendly.

Dislikes

Lack of understanding between administration and students
No seating facility outside the campus , students have to stand
The office incharge are not listening to students

My choice of program was b.sc therefore I decided to take this college as this college is much appreciated. They are not well concerned about real world applications but they make us so much capable so we can achieve. Just practical classes and activities should be necessary 6 months gap between exams or may be 4

I like the campus of my college very much, The campus is very big and the environment is also very good.
There are many festivals held in AIIMS and those of the college are also held with great pomp and show.

Dislikes

AIIMS is a very popular college in India, all the medical students work hard to get admission here or due to reservation of seats
All facilities have been provided in AIIMS Patna, but sports club facilities have not been provided or the mess food needs to be improved a bit

I have taken BSc nursing course which I was not happy with at first but now I have adjusted and see that there is no problem in my course. Along with knowledge, I also get a government job or salary.

This course choose bsc nursing graduates are among the top earners in the healthcare industry. The salary is competitive with other healthcare professionals . A brief about faculty students my batch girls 40 and boys 60 total students 1000 in batch. Qualification of the faculty review teaching method.

Good and bad things about varna college

Likes

The teacher makes them look they are strict so you don't do stupid things but theey aren't
They explain in detail about the assignment they give and how to make them
And they give good advice which can help you in your results.

Dislikes

College Toilet is horrible. Never get cleaned
Classroom don't have proper ventilation.
Not every place of college is commected with generator or invetor so if the electric is gone then some places get the problems

My family is from the medical field and they teach me things that I don't understand they can help me in various places because of the same profession. We currently have two exams each semester one internal & one external.
