Life at St. Peter's Engineering College

The course curriculum is informative and useful to students to learn new things. I choose this course because I'm interested in IT jobs. The faculty are so friendly and they are good on their own terms. The student ratio is also more. Qualifications of the faculty are mostly M-Tech, PhD and Doctorates. The faculty teaching method is very good. Term Exams are decent enough and can score good marks if you prepare very well. Academics are very well maintained taken care by the HOD's and Mentors.

The placements are decent enough. From the 4th year 1st semester, students are eligible for the placements. Few companies visit the college and based on the academics and students' skill they recruit the students as per their requirement. The highest package is about 11 lakhs per annum and minimum is the 3.6 lakhs per annum. Around 90% of the students get the placements. My plan is to study abroad and get the good package and settle abroad.

The fee structure of our college is 75,000 per year for every branch and the fee had hiked to 96,000 per year from the next academic year from us. TS eamcet scholarship is provided to the students who have the eligibility and job are offered in the campus placement who has skill and eligibility.

Campus life is very good. Annual fests, tech fests and other events are held every year and guest lectures are held frequently on new technologies. A wide variety of books and journals are available in the central library. Amenities in the class room are not so good but decent enough with projectors in every class. Sports and extracurricular activities are held but only after college hours, they are available. There is a wide variety of clubs available in the college. StudentCouncil, Rotaract, Albedo-The radio club, Arsarena and other clubs' social media groups and accounts are managed by the students themselves.

The admission process is very easy. Yes, I have written the TS eamcet entrance exam. Eligibility for the course is based on the rank awarded to you in the entrance exam. Application form is available in the college itself and there is no application fees and application dates are mentioned in the college sites. Reservation can be availed by the rank awarded to you basing the entrance exam. My suggestions are no improvements in the admission process.
