Course Curriculum Overview
I had no options left, I scored poorly in jee main, almost 70 students have 1 faculty here. Faculty is mainly from Mtech or PhD. Internal and external exams are much easy and we can easily get 7-8 cgpa.
Placement Experience
Sixth semester onward we are eligible for Placement or internship. There are many companies that get washout one main company was Google. No HFTI company comes here and only new startups and FAANG. the highest package is 40LPA this year. 90 percent of students were placed from the last batch. I will go for MBA
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year 15% of the fee is increased. The study is not costly here, people from different backgrounds can easily study here. CUCAT is the scholarship and bank loan options are also available here. There are two options in 3rd year, TPP and NTPP. The one who wants to opt for placement choose TPP which further take 10k Rupees and the rest of the student choose NTPP.
Campus Life
The best thing about CU is the fest and events. Lots of co-curricular activities and cultural activities are held inside the college. Almost every star of any new movie visits our campus for promotion and almost every month we have a concert or fest or fresher. The annual tech fest conducted generally is in March. Every Classroom has AC, SmartBoard, White Board, Wi-Fi, and Projector. There are various libraries and in each library, there are a tremendous amount of books. There are many NGOs and clubs also we get extra credit for performing social work.
Hostel Facilities
My room is five seaters, every seat has a table, a bed, an almirah and a chair. Every room has two fans a cooler duct and 4 Tube lights. Mess food is good better than many colleges in India. The strictness is high in the hostel in case of any misconduct they throw outside from hostel. Hostel rooms will be allocated from their official site. The locality for the PG room is Kharar.
Admission
There are no such eligibility criteria, you need a diploma or 12th in PCM for Engineering. One can give CUCAT for scholarship benefits, it is much easier. There is almost 10k admission each year so there is a lot of crowds.
