Remarks

Classes are not clean as they need to be. Lunch break is not sufficient for students need more time. Fee payment was big problem.

From the rank of Emcet I got seat in vaagdevi college. I gave my certificates in review to join in college. I selected btech course on my own interest. I am interested in design and construction.

Along with design I also got interested in many jobs which I am eligible in civil engineering. I am much awaited to learn more and I have already done some knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

I had my internship in other place with help of government and our faculty. They stood in every point which helps us in internship. Even college conducted workshop.

Each company came to vaagdevi for placement are taken minimum students which shows the talent in college even the way they convert students to gain huge opportunity.

College Events

Traditional day was best part in event as continues with fest by inviting guest from famous category. College helds the event with there own money

Fee Structure And Facilities

65000/- was college tuition fee. Admission fee was 5000/- bus fee 14000/- exams and workshops internship fee was different. Library fee was nearly 1500/- for 4 years .

Fees and Financial Aid

State government will allot some scholarship for BC and SC ST students. no personal loan was given to student. Government allotted amount will sent to colleges.

Campus Life

There will be personal Care taken for each point of talent and extracurricular activity done by student. Sports are main part in this. Which had some games teams .

Hostel Facilities

I don't stay in hostel. I don't know much about hostel. Room might be with good facility as I heard from my friends. Even food was delicious in canteen.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni are interacted with us in there free time and there are always open doors for students to senior faculty and HOD.

Exam Structure

Exams like mid and sem are conducted in vaagdevi college. No extra exams are conducted. During placement some exams are conducted. I am not tired of exams

Faculty

Faculty who already working in vaagdevi from past 5 to 6 years are seen and newly hired faculty was nearly super senior with working experience. Fresher faculty with good knowledge was also hired.

Worth considering for your tech career

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Relevant and practical experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

A valuable four year journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer.This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more.The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.

We'll be eligible for campus placements from 3rd year onwards. Wen need to do few Internships too. Highest package is 34L and average package is 3to4L. Around 60% students may get average package, 2% may get Highest package and if you dont get a job you need to do some course for 3 to 4 months then you may get job.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
