Exploaring the pros and cons of chandigarh university

As I have an interest in this course I chose it because faculties are not well sometimes but it doesn't mean all faculties are bad. but yes 20 % good and 80 percent bad most of the faculties are doing mtech in that particular college only some are phd too. no difficulties in mid-term and end-term exams just focus on PPT.

Actually, in my year 2024 passouts there are not several opportunities for placement as the recession is there. but one student gets an intern in DRDO the stipend is not disclosed clearly and many are getting hired off campus too. The projects are R&D based and the student is selected on the basis of file patients. The higher the number of patients you can publish the higher the chances of getting an intern in DRDO. but and the end the DRDO didn't give an offer letter to him.

The fees vary on the course and the year on which you took admission. every year I see a 10 to 15 percent hike in fees including hostel fees. the scholarship you will get in CU is from Cucat, you can easily get an educational loan too

In the university, the annual fest is called CUFEST and tech fest is also there as there is a community of IEEE on our campus. if I talk about the availability of books then we have many libraries on our campus 3 to 5 and many are upcoming. in our campus classroom also has good infrastructure including a smart class projector, AC etc. our university promotes sports a lot they also provide many scholarship schemes for them.

If you have passed class 12th then you can easily get admission. if you want a scholarship then go for CUCAT by this exam you can get up to 50 - 80 per cent scholarship or if you have done well in past like if you have scored more than 80 per cent then also you will get a scholarship you have to ask for that by the institute
